    Aside from being very friendly and professional, Julie made us feel like we were long-time friends. She went above and beyond to help with the little things that would have been difficult because we don’t live locally. She made the process of selling our mother’s home very easy.

    Daniele Manzin is an outstanding Real Estate Agent. During my home search in southern CA I was living hours away in northern CA and was only able to come down a few times. Daniele was available, responsive and always prepared. Each visit I left feeling super productive thanks to his guidance and knowledge of the real estate market. What could have been a very stressful situation for me was not in the least. I am so grateful for that. I found that he approached every detail with a calm, focused professionalism that reassured me every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend Daniele to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in southern CA. He is the only agent I would use in the future and, if I were looking too far outside the area, he is the person I would call for a referral. Definitely a 10/10, an absolute pleasure to work with.

    Julie and her team were amazing to us. She is one of the most patient agents we have worked with. We spent about 6 months looking to purchase the right home, and she stuck with us 100% of the time (even when we went on vacation for a few weeks)! She does not apply any pressure to the buyers, is very knowledgeable and forthcoming about all the details of the home buying process. For us, we were deciding between two different homes, and we ultimately chose the less expensive one. Julie was always supportive of our decision and fought very hard for us. We truly believed that she hard our best interest at heart and recommend her without any reservation!

    Daniele did an outstanding job with assisting us with the purchase of our townhome. Daniele made sure to keep our priorities aligned with his team being extremely responsive during the offer negotiations. As someone who has long working hours, Daniele was very accommodating, allowing me to speak with him during the evening hours. Daniele's connections with home insurance, inspections, warranties, and cleaning were very useful as they were vetted references that also provided excellence service during the closing process. Overall, I am extremely glad Daniele was by my side when finding my home!
