I am a regular customer of Richard Schulman - Keller Williams Realty and this is our second time working with them.I would like to especially thank Amanda Bernadyn for her excellent service. She is my real estate agent. She is experienced, knowledgeable, hardworking, friendly and kind. She understands customer needs and serves customers sincerely. She has strong communication and coordination skills. She found a good tenant for me and our cooperation was very successful and pleasant! Tracey K is amazing. We needed to sell our current home and buy another and we had her as our agent for both buying and selling. I was impressed by her professionalism and how she stayed on top of everything. I really love her constantly reminding us about things. We are not experienced buyers/sellers and we forget things. I loved how I didn't have to constantly check what I needed to do, but simply sign the forms she sent to us. She was also really patient to explain what the terms on contracts meant, what strategy to take when making a counter offer, and what to prioritize after inspection. I'm grateful that she pushed hard to have both escrows closed before Thanksgiving which were supposed to close one week later. It felt like. when you first join a company, a senior member holds your hand and teaches you step by step. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to sell/buy a house but feels insecure about getting overwhelmed by the grueling process.

Daniele was extremely responsive and very patient during our condo search process. He understood well our requirements and accordingly was able to only show us places that met those requirements, particularly given that we had a very short time frame to work with. He gave a good local flavor and knowledge to each of the areas that we were looking at. He was available at all hours and through the weekend. He did a good job in helping us close the transaction, while we were overseas and with some last minute hiccups. Lastly, just want to really highlight that he is very down to earth and personable who was patient and did not apply any pressure and someone that we would consider not just an agent, but a friend. In summary, Daniele is an amazing agent and we highly recommend him to potential house hunters.

Love my house. Tracey was great. She put up with me for a ridiculously long time, to where I am a little hesitant praising her on her patience in the event that it would attract more indecisive buyers like myself. LOL. You get the idea.
