We worked with Tracey. She has so much knowledge and is so helpful. I would recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy. We have been looking for a long time and each time something was unclear to us, she was right there to explain it. She had our best interest in mind and also was there to inform us of different options that were available to us. If we were not sure about one property, she would be looking to the next one for us.

There are a thousand decisions to make when selling a home, but perhaps none more consequential than selecting a broker. Thankfully, we got that one RIGHT. In the six months we worked together, Julie was a guide, coach, therapist, advisor, advocate, project manager, negotiator, friend and *so much more.* She and her team helped us source and manage vendors during all the lead up, including navigating complicated repairs, advised on strategy, pricing, timing and marketing and delivered our desired outcome, right on schedule. Along the way, she gracefully navigated countless curveballs without ever breaking a sweat. She was in constant contact, responsive even at ridiculous times (holidays! late Sunday evenings!) and truly made us feel *safe* throughout the entire, long, complex and sometimes harrowing process. We came to trust her completely, in part because she took the time to understand what was important to us, and made that important to her. She also never lost her sense of humor, and was a genuine pleasure to interact with -- even during the sticky parts.
