Julie is a pro! She knows the tricks of trade and is a natural go getter. Having her on my side in a competitive realestate market was key to purchasing the home I really wanted. As a first-time homebuyer I had many many questions and concerns going into the home buying process, but Julie made it easy. She is knowledgeable, transparent, trustworthy and truly partners up with you as buyer to make the process as easy as it can be. Julie is very responsive and followed up on all my questions and requests in a timely manner, making it easy for me to juggle work, parenting and the home buying process. She also has lots of contacts for inspections and contractors etc that allow us buyers to feel informed and confident about the choice we are making. Would absolutely recommend her, she is amazing!

Daniel was great; as a first time homebuyer, he was helpful, informative, and patient as we navigated the process.
