Brock negotiated the sale of our home early on prior to the selling frenzy. Lori helped stage it and took great videos and photos numerous offers later. Brock's in depth knowledge of the realty in the Echo Park / Silverlake area as an agent (and also a home owner himself) was amazing. Finding YOUR home can be a stressful experience, and one where you rarely know when to celebrate (We submitted an offer, can we celebrate now? Our offer was accepted and we're in escrow can we celebrate now? We made an amendment offer after inspections and it was accepted, CAN WE CELEBRATE NOW? CAN WE EVER CELEBRATE!?!?). Brock fielded these questions and more with ease and aplomb, keeping our expectations level set while answering all our questions and keeping our excitement and anticipation high. Purchasing your first home is probably one of the biggest decisions you'll make, but shouldn't it be fun too? Shouldn't you not feel stressed out and information deficient? I've known Brock for a few years now, but this was the first time I've worked with him on a home sale. I was already familiar with his expertise with the local real estate market in Silver Lake, but hadn't seen him in action until he helped me sell my condo. Brock was extremely professional, and provided great advice throughout the process. He also provided great guidance throughout, from preparing the home to be shown, to negotiating, and ultimately through the closing process. It was all smooth and as stress-free as selling a home can be. I would highly recommend Brock if you are looking for a realtor and expert real estate guidance in Silver Lake/LA.
