Think Real Estate's James You was my real estate agent. I am glad he was. I spent a lot of time looking for the right agent. He had my best interest at heart. Excellent in service and communication. I found him to be trustworthy in all respects on top of knowing his game. I would highly recommend! We found the right house within a month. James got his team ready to go. As someone who’s had experience purchasing real estate with different agents , I can definitely say that LiMei stands in the effort she makes to get you the right home. She does the leg work along with you and doesn’t push you to make a choice. She knows when you’ve found the house of your dreams because she listens to what you’re looking for. she’s fully invested in the entire process from start to finish to make sure everything is smooth. She looks out for your best interest and goes above and beyond to negotiate for you without hesitation. I highly recommend her to anyone. LiMei is a quality sales person ready to work for her clients.

Selling a home can be a very stressful experience--that is unless you have an agent like Li Mei. She impressed me with her professionalism and lively personality when I first met her at an Open House in my neighborhood. Since listing my home, she's been hands-on at every stage from home preparation pre and post Open House communications, inspections, and contract negotiations. My home sold in 15 days! I am very grateful to Li Mei for her efforts on my behalf. A 5 star performance!

I’m struggling to find the words to fully convey how grateful my wife and I are for all of James’ help. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of apprehension about the process, especially in this housing climate, but James truly made it a joy. Before we began, he spent some time sitting down with us to just talk and find out about our family, what we were looking for, what we were concerned about, etc. During that initial conversation, I already knew we made the right choice in picking James to help us find our house. Throughout the whole process, he acted not only as our guide, but also just as a friend. He encouraged us when we needed encouraging and he pulled back and gave us space to make decisions when we needed it. I don’t often review or rate things/people, but I feel utterly compelled to share just how great James is. Again, I can’t find the words to fully convey how grateful we are for him.
