But when our family started to grow and it was time to move, it only made sense to reach out to him again to entrust him with the sale of that same home. After all, we had an exceptional experience with him as our agent the first time. Just like before, James took care of every detail and held our hand through each step. We met with his team months ahead to determine the optimal timeline and pricing for the listing. He scheduled a gardener to refresh our landscaping, a handyman for all the touch ups around the house, and an amazing stager who made our home feel like it belonged in a design magazine. Then James hired a top notch photographer and published videos of our home on social media, which drew over 100k views!
