Kyle Giese is an outstanding broker; his expertise, dedication to his work and clients, analytic skills, thoughtfulness, and listening skills are off the charts wonderful. He's also a top-notch communicator and strategist. We have worked with Kyle on two very challenging transactions; we re-hired him for the second transaction because he is by far the best broker we have ever encountered in our 40 years buying, selling, and leasing homes, going well beyond the traditional broker job description to really help us on multiple fronts. In each transaction Kyle has been more of a partner to us than just an agent. He's a true gem.

Alicia is wonderful. We were randomly matched with her through Zillow and liked her from the start. We were first-time home buyers who truly did not understand what goes into it, and while the process was honestly incredibly trying (which seems to be common), Alicia was always there to help. We would have been lost without her. She was accountable, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout. Honestly, even though we have no other experience to compare it to, we cannot imagine anyone being more thorough and hardworking than Alicia was. Our house-buying journey was full of twists and turns (fires, odd sellers, extreme competition, swinging interest rates, and lots of cold feet on our part), but Alicia kept her cool no matter what came our way and was patient and diligent no matter what concerns we had. She is very good at her job and was always up for going the extra mile. All of this culminated in us feeling like we were working with someone who was on the ride with us, invested in our success, that genuinely wanted us to find the right house and be happy above all, and for this we could not be more grateful.

Andrew was recommended to us by a trusted friend and from the very first conversation, he proved why he is great at his job. Andrew was super responsive and supportive through what is a complicated process to sell our home and we appreciate the white glove service he provided to us. His sales proposal for our house was modern and thorough and he gave us confidence up front that he was up for the task. He brought in an incredible photographer, who not only took incredible shots but also set up an interactive floor plan view to help buyers understand the layout of this 4 story townhouse. While no real estate transaction is completely free of drama, Andrew handled every twist and turn with care, communicated with us clearly and completely, and got us over the finish line in record time.
