We loved working with Amanda to sell our condo in the West Hollywood/Hollywood area. After doing a lot of research and meeting with a number of agents, she was an easy choice. We were looking for someone with real expertise who would still provide personal attention on a sub–$1M sale, and Amanda delivered on both. As first-time sellers in a very tough market, we knew positioning and marketing would matter. This was one of Amanda’s real strengths. She has impeccable taste and connected us with a great stager, made smart recommendations for small high impact fixes, and helped us hire and oversee contractors and cleaning services. It was a relief to have someone so hands-on with the details, and we know the property got far more attention because of her guidance. What we came to appreciate the most was her support during negotiations and escrow. That part of the process was much more stressful than we anticipated (we thought getting the offers was the hard part!), and Amanda was incredible throughout. She was consistently communicative, handled every bump, and was completely unflappable. She was never pushy or agenda-driven, and always made us feel like she had our best interests at heart. She got the deal done in a very difficult market with the highest tier of professionalism, and we would work with her again in a heartbeat.

In December the landlord of our current home informed us that they were going to sell at the end of our lease, which was in 3 months. My partner and I started to panic because this was completely unexpected and we knew finding a new rental would be difficult. At this point my friend put us in touch with Steven, who immediately began to help us search for a new home. We ended up looking at a place that was for rent and for sale. We weren’t necessarily in the market to buy but we ran the numbers and have closed on our new home all thanks to Steven. Throughout the entire process he was informative, knowledgeable, steadfast and straightforward in all his communication. As a first time home buyer the process can be very daunting but Steven was a calming force that helped us navigate through each and every step. He has a vast network of trusted professionals that assisted in the renovations, inspections, and loan process. In addition to being a rock star agent he is also our friend and neighbor now. 10 out of 10 would recommend him to help you find your forever home.
