Nina was the best realtor I’ve ever had work for me. And I’ve had quite a few over the years. She was the key to both selling my home and buying a new one in a six week time frame, saving me from having to pay two mortgages. Her knowledge of the process and her tenacious representation of my interests during the negotiations were outstanding. I can’t recommend her enough!

Due to a cross-country move, we sold our house in July of 2021 for a record-breaking price per sqft in the PDR area at that time. Alicia's efforts to make that happen can not be understated. She was with us at every step, calmly making sure everything that goes into the selling of a house, happened seamlessly and with excellent communication. But the story doesn't end there!...In 2024 we needed to sell a house in another state and Alicia took it upon herself to spend time vetting the agents we were considering using - which ultimately guided our decision on which agent to use, and led to that house being sold for much higher than listing. Alicia is truly THE Realtor to reach out to and when we return to the area we will be using her, and only her, to purchase our new home.

After about two years of looking for the perfect home, Navin was able to help me get an amazing deal on a condo with a super quick close.
