Matt was there for us anytime that we needed and responded to our questions right away. If i would do it again i would ask Matt to refer to us a mortgage company that he is working with to get that part little bit less stressful

Matt sold our Los Gatos home of 35 yrs recently and made it look easy. I know it wasn’t, but to us who had not sold or bought a home in so many years, we were very naive about the changed landscape of real estate & needed quite a bit of guidance. He was friendly & kind throughout the process. He was sensitive to the emotional issues around leaving a home with so many memories & was very supportive. A good communicator, Matt always let us know what step was next & what we needed to do. He is very knowledgeable about the market in which he sells & from the outset let us know exactly what would help us optimize our profit. We followed his direction & we ended up getting an offer that was just what he had predicted. He is honest & trustworthy and a delightful person to work with. We give him 5 stars & highly recommended him if you are needing help selling your home. He even put us in touch with a realtor where we have moved & she is busy helping us find a new home. My husband and I recently sold another home with Keller Williams Realty. Matt Cosell, our realtor in the San Jose area, is the best there is in every aspect of our experience. With his extensive knowledge particularly in the area our homes were located, he always went above and beyond with every detail, no matter how big or small and kept us informed of important info as needed. He worked tirelessly and efficiently to get our homes sold on schedule as promised and kept us informed all along the way. I can honestly say he made the process easy for us. He is definitely worthy of 5 stars and if there were more available to select, we would have! We cannot thank him enough!!!

We interviewed 3 top selling realtors when we sold our house September 2024. We chose to go with Matt. I liked his calm demeanor from the beginning and he brings lots of experience preparing homes for sale without over spending. He knows great contractors who finished handy work, painting, and staging. We thought the costs were very reasonable which we paid thru escrow. He was involved in every step of the way and helped with many details. He helped us to make decisions on the offer and we closed in 10 days without any issues. At the end we sold our house above asking price. I already recommend him to a friend who is planning to sell in the near future. We had a great experience with him and was smooth sailing.

I highly recommend Matt Cossell as your next realtor. We had a fairly complex situation where we were juggling buying before selling, and figuring out our employment situation along the way. He and his team were so helpful guiding us through the process, including a great referral for agents in our new location. The day after we moved out he had his contractors there starting on the renovations. We got multiple great offers after listing.
