I can't say enough positive things about Matt and his unwavering professionalism and focused attention to the needs of any buyer or seller. He is a no-nonsense realtor/broker and will give you the facts straight up while listening to your needs/concerns. I've been a client of his for five years. He has represented me on four sales from 2014-2019, twice as a buyer and twice as a seller. He also assisted my husband on a sale which went very smoothly. He is a straight shooter and knows the market very very well. He does not take lightly to slackers, whether you are a loan officer who is holding up a transaction or perhaps a buyer who is trying to play the field on a good rate. This was greatly appreciated when I was a buyer and a seller. He has always gone above and beyond in terms of representation. I'm a busy working professional, and Matt really saved me a lot of time an patience representing me when I was either busy working or out of town. I highly endorse Matt and hope to work with him again in the future.

Matt is a top notch realtor! We've worked with other realtors before, and Matt is by far the best we have had the pleasure to work with. Not only did he sell our house in a quick, professional manor, he was able to sell our house for the most money per sq foot in the area. Matt also helped us find our new house. He was knowledgeable and 100% available whenever we needed his help seeing a potential home. He was completely spot on when telling us which price to offer in order to secure our dream house. We highly recommend Matt and will definitely use him again in the future.

Matt Cossell was our real estate agent in San Jose three times in eight years; and twice for our daughter. We recently listed and sold our house in the Almaden area and had three offers. Matt knows everybody in the Almaden Valley, Blossom Valley, Cahalen, Los Gatos, and neighboring areas. He can help you prepare your house with experts to help fix-up, paint, fence, stage, or whatever you might need. He can help you find people to get your house ready for listing in record time. He has inspectors that give him priority (home inspection, roof, etc). Our home inspector told us it would have been two weeks out, but for Matt, he got us inspected in two days. Even years after first working with him, he helped us find contractors he trusted, and kept in contact with us in a very professional and personal manner. Similarly, Matt knows almost all the realtors in the area. They know and trust him. His professional preparation, staging, videos, and pictures speak for themselves; Check out his listings, he only hires the best. We highly recommend Matt Cossell for your real estate needs. He has a no-pressure personality that you can work with at your own pace.

Matt is very professional and knows what clients need exactly. During our buying process, Matt is very responsive and gets to point quickly. Even if this is our first home, we did not go through pain as other people do with Matt's assistance and the making-offer and accepting-offer process was pretty fast. Matt also worked well with loan agent which saved us tons of time. Highly recommend Matt to be your agent and he can get you the house you like at the price that you can accept.
