We had a fantastic experience working with Mark and Jessica. Mark is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. He was attentive to my requirements and addressed my concerns throughout the journey of selling our family house. Jessica handled all the details of getting the house ready to go on the market – identifying the contractors, scheduling of the repairs, cleaning, and landscaping. It was also incredibly comforting to know the sale of our house was in expert hands while we were traveling out of the country. I especially appreciated that Mark and Jessica kept me in the loop of all activities, and they were always responsive to my asks and input. I highly recommend Mark and his team - they made our house selling experience hassle free by providing us with a complete turnkey service.

Mark and Stephanie are wonderful in all the ways that you need a real estate team to be. Stephanie was flawless in helping us do the necessary fixing up to our house to get it on the market. She handled getting the contractors, setting up times for them to come out and ensuring that everything went smoothly. She also put together a timeline of everything that needed to happen before we list. She hit all the dates and was even a couple days early in getting the house on the market. Both she and Mark were incredibly responsive whenever I needed something. Mark's knowledge of the area and the current market helped us price our property well and we ended up getting far more for it than we were even hoping for. Do yourself a favor and use them. They will take a complicated, hard and emotional process and make it run smoothly.

Mark Von Kaenel represented us in the sale of our house. Mark is an experienced professional who brought high energy, dedication and an intelligent approach to the listing and sale of our house. He is an excellent listener and worked tirelessly to achieve a great result. He is surrounded by a helpful, responsive and knowledgeable staff who was able to assist on the many logistics and details involved in a real estate transaction. I can offer my highest recommendation for Mark Von Kaenel and his team. I live out of the area and due to the loss of a parent had 3 complicated properties to sell in San Jose. Mark and his team picked up the ball and handled it all, which we needed at this emotional time in our family. Selling all 3 of the properties from clean up, clean out, repairs, to close of escrow within 60 days of my parent's passing. All done ... closed .... finished! We received great offers, quick...due to the teams connections. I can't tell you how calm (when I wasn't) and in charge at the same time, yet sensitive to our situation, the team at Von Kaenel were. When you work with Mark and his team, you are get the advantage of his 20+ years of experience in real estate and that too in the Bay Area. I was first introduced to Mark's firm by a friend. Mark's firm helped manage our rental property. That was the best decision we took - hassle free rental. Fast forward to Oct 2017 - we wanted to sell our rental as I felt the market was peaking.
