Mary Licata was an invaluable asset to us in our recent home buying journey. As first-time homebuyers, we were feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start. Mary was extremely patient as she was working with us a part of my relocation package. The market was insane with multiple offers on terrible properties. When we couldn’t find the right property, she encouraged us to rent while she worked with us on our property search. As time went on, she knew exactly what we were looking for and continued to look for homes with us without pressuring us into settling. She was always available to chat or text as we definitely were not the easiest during this time with our stressful situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mary to help you buy or sell as she always had our best interest top of mind and she was a pleasure to work with.

Mary Licata: “Simply a dedicated, genuine, caring professional Realtor” Mary made the sale of my home in Bedminster, New Jersey quite a meaningful and memorable experience. One of my best friends, Michelle Haast – a Realtor in Miami, Florida reached out to Turpin Realtors in Far Hills, New Jersey and actually spoke with a former High School Colleague of mine – who in turn recommended Mary Licata. I actually met/interviewed 3 Realtors with Mary being the 3rd. After meeting with Mary - I knew immediately that she was the perfect Realtor. Her immediate professionalism, communication and knowledge of the market/industry was outstanding. After agreeing on all of the details for the sale – Mary walked me through on how to “stage” the house. Once pictured and filmed - it was simply spectacular. When listed on the Market – the house sold in 2 days with a mini bidding war. After the contract was signed and before the sale was final there were a few obstacles/challenges along the way. Mary was there for me 100% throughout the entire process from the initial meet to the final close. We have been blessed to enjoy a very beautiful home for last 10 years in Bridgewater and time flew by fast to think about right sizing and finding a next home. Our journey with Mary Licata began quickly after we contacted Turpin Realtors. Mary came across as thorough professional in the very first meeting, had an amazing knowledge of the current market pricing, and offered a clientele that would be potentially interested in the property. She had excellent suggestions on how to stage the home for sale as well. After successfully closing on our home, the COVID buying experience proved to be quite stressful. What followed, after our house closing, was a series of bid’s below offer price, at offer price and above offer price resulting in multiple rejections. During this period, Mary provided excellent advice and worked relentlessly to find us our new home. She negotiated an off-market transaction which is now our new home. Providing before and after sale support, understanding of our needs, and providing guidance along the way are the hallmarks of Mary’s professionalism. We have been immensely blessed and happy to have met Mary. She is now our dear friend and our home is always open for her to visit.
