Alicia was truly exceptional. We met her right after we had lost the bid on a house and she provided positivity from the very beginning. She was knowledgeable of the market and was able to provide us with initial data and information for our search. She understood our needs perfectly and had a very planned and detailed approach for us to start our search. Alicia was ALWAYS available for home tours, her responsiveness was truly incredible. She offered us information relating to the locations, schools and interiors of a house. She was candid and provided her own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to our decision making based on what she had learned about us. She regularly followed up with us without being pushy. She has great knowledge about the real estate market and the rules.
