Carolyn and Steinar were amazingly supportive as we bought our first house in an incredibly difficult market. They helped by educating us, sharing listings based on our preferences and feedback, and touring homes with us even on very short notice. They also were instrumental in a clean closing (despite the house throwing us a last-minute curveball) and Steinar even helped us open our new pool. If you’re looking for a local expert, you cannot go wrong with the Fahey team. They treated us like we were family and we are thrilled with the outcome!

We met Steinar when we went to see a house that he was showing for Fahey Realtors. While the house wasn't right for us, we were impressed with Steinar's knowledge, attitude, and customer focused approach and we decided to work with him in our search. He ended up showing us a number of houses including the one we ultimately purchased. He was extremely helpful in guiding us through that process. We would definitely work with him again and recommend him to others.

Steinar was a joy to work with, from start to finish. He was professional, warm and friendly, and reliable. Didn't push us, but was readily available to answer all of our questions. We felt like he was working both for and with us. And, on the day of the closing, at the final walk through, he was amazing. Totally focused on every detail of our soon to be new house. Checking that everything was in order, not just giving a cursory look. We recommend him 100%.

Kelly was an amazingly thoughtful and knowledgeable realtor. Most importantly she took the time to listen and showed us houses that aligned with our preferences, budget etc. She made a stressful process extremely smooth and was a tireless advocate on our behalf throughout. In preparing to sell our house, I interviewed some of the top firms/agents in the area. I decided to go with Carolyn because she was extremely prepared and enthusiastic, she had relationships with builders, and she had a great knowledge of the area. It turned out that I definitely made the right choice. Because I currently live out of the state, Carolyn was really helpful in coordinating work to be done on the house and researching some zoning issues prior to listing the house. Through her experience she has trustworthy vendors for any type of work, and this was a huge help in easing the burden on me as she helped to coordinate that work. She was able to show builders the house first to gauge interest, and then she aggressively finished the marketing work and got the house listed much more quickly than I thought could happen. Carolyn kept me up-to-date and communicated often throughout the process. We had two offers very quickly and Carolyn brought the highest paying buyer to the table herself. She coordinated with the buyer and lawyers very well, gave me great advice, and we closed without a hitch. Carolyn has the great combination of being both extremely competent and very personable which led to a very successful sale and overall experience, and I could not recommend her more highly.
