Buying a home is never a straightforward or painless process, but if you’re lucky enough to have Catherine as your guide, she’s your best bet in navigating the complex world that is real estate. From day 1, Catherine was astute, professional, insightful and ever-helpful in our search for a Bedminster home. We were told beforehand that no one knows the area as well as she does, and this has proven to be true. Aside from her deep-rooted expertise with the area that we were looking in, Catherine was also extremely accessible, adaptable and always responsive to any questions we had or clarifications we needed. Despite the fact that she likely had many other clients to attend to, she somehow always made us feel that we were her priority. She has great intuition when it comes to both people and properties. She even followed up with us post-closing, to inquire if we needed any further assistance in terms of finding vendors or contractors for our new home. All in all, a standout experience with a truly exceptional professional whom we look forward to working with, should the opportunity arise again.

Working with Catherine was the best decision we made during the home buying process! We are first time homebuyers, and Catherine always made sure to provide context and explain the various steps of looking for a home, going under contract, etc. She has INCREDIBLE local knowledge of the area, as well as many many years of knowledge in the industry. We were in great hands - her excellent reputation and above & beyond efforts during the house search in a very tough market ultimately led us to our perfect home!

I really cannot say enough wonderful things about Cathy Weinstock. She helped us sell a home in Hunterdon County, which was the 11th house sale I've done in my personal life and was far and away the most complicated. But Cathy guided us through all of it, found us terrific buyers, stayed on top of dates and to-do items, lined up contractors and repair companies when we (more than once) needed them last-second, and kept in constant contact with the buyers. The whole thing was an ordeal, none of it because of Cathy, and I am not overstating it when I say we could not have done it without Cathy's help. Ten out of ten!!

We recently sold our home through Turpin realty with Catherine as our realtor. Catherine went above and beyond and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was on top of any issues that arose and was a great problem solver. Her knowledge and her experience were clearly a huge benefit in selling an historic property. Her ability to anticipate was impressive; she was always thinking a step ahead. Catherine was very easy to work with, and responsive and supportive in addressing any questions/concerns. We highly recommend her.

Catherine was extraordinarily helpful throughout the process of selling a family home. From the detailed analytics for the listing price; to the recommendations for essential repairs; to identifying top-notch contractors; and sealing the deal, Catherine did it all with a professionalism and sense of humor. The fact that I was not local did not faze her -- Catherine helped to mitigate the challenges that go along with that.
