Claudia was recommended to us by a friend. I sent that friend flowers. Claudia not only showed us the house we wanted on the first walk through, she told us the strategy to employ in order to get it. Simply put, WE GOT THE HOUSE, and we had the lowest bid. Not to say there is a shortage of great relators out there, but if you are unsure... Claudia is as solid as the Rock of Gibraltar.

Claudia is an amazing real estate agent to work with! Always responsive and courteous and always willing to go the extra mile to make the home buying or selling experience as easy as possible. You don't know how varied the service from an agent can be until you have worked with someone like Claudia who sets the bar high! Had the experience of working with someone else recently (not by choice) and had to say how unimpressed I was after working with Claudia several times. She is a fantastic person and is connected with top notch people in the field so everything from movers, inspectors, lawyers, title insurance, etc., were all wonderful. Cannot say enough. You would be remiss to use anyone else.
