Marion Gordon is an outstanding real estate agent. In addition to selling our home in 2025 as we retired and moved out of the area, Marion helped us buy this house and sell our previous house in 2017. She has a keen knowledge of the local market and made beneficial suggestions for improvements and staging that would help us sell the house more quickly and for a higher price. She suggest a few improvements for this sale; more for our sale in 2017. For this sale, we put the house on the market on Friday, Marion had a well attended open house on Saturday, and we had an offer above our asking price on Sunday without contingencies. We closed without complications about three weeks later. We were pleased with the increased value that we realized during the eight years we owned it. Marion had suggested more improvements for the previous house in 2017, which had been built in the 1970's. With those improvements, our house sold in two weeks and for a significantly higher price than a similar house down the street that did not make improvements that was on the market for months. The higher price was significantly more than the cost of the improvements. We highly recommend Marion Gordon and her team.

Marion Gordon is a true seasoned pro. We started the process with Marion one year ago and successfully closed today. She is smart, thorough, and very pleasant to work with. She took all of the stress out of such an important transaction. We met with three realtors at the beginning and Marion won our trust. She met with us several times throughout the year, always at our house, and addressed all of our concerns. Her team is very talented as well---our open house was very professionally handled even with us being 400 miles away. Her sales numbers are very impressive, I would recommend Marion over anyone else in the industry.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Marion and her team. She understood our needs and she worked tirelessly for us to ensure our home sold quickly and at the highest price. Her professionalism and knowledge of the local market/community was refreshing. Those who attended our open house were completely impressed with the marketing/materials displayed in the house. She drew buyers' attention to all the special details of the house and the photographs of our property and virtual video tour were amazing. Her strengths only became more evident when the property received offers; her standard selling processes ensured we received the absolutely highest possible price for our home. We strongly feel anyone who doesn't use Marion to list their home is leaving money on the table.

You can have full confidence in Marion and her team. They absolutely know what they are doing and will guide you through all the details. Her recommendations for last minute improvements and staging were spot on. We sold our house in just a weekend, with multiple offers and walked away with a final sale price well above asking!
