Help me with my online review of my realtor : We’ve bought and sold multiple properties with Ryan and we’ve had a great experience each time. Ryan always had a gameplan whether we were buying or selling and I could go about my day knowing he would get us the best result. Ryan was quick to answer my calls and I always felt he prioritized my wife and my needs when doing his job. We think we are in our forever home now but if not, we will look forward to working with Ryan and his team again!

We had fantastic time working with Ryan Nicholas! He guided us through our first home purchase, and made us feel confident at every step of the process. Ryan had an answer to every question we asked, was available at all times, and could satisfy any logistical or information request we presented. His professionalism and expertise were impressive, and helped us secure a deal we were very happy with. We are happy to look back on the experience with no regrets at any stage, and would highly recommend Ryan and his team to anyone (and definitely first time-homebuyers!)

We had a great experience working with Ryan to both sell our home and buy our next one. He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire real estate process especially in this local Fairfax area and took the time to explain every step, always listening to our concerns and helping us strategize along the way. We sold our home right as the government shut down, which made us understandably nervous, but Ryan’s calm approach and smart negotiating strategies helped us to sell over asking price. He is personable, responsive, and had our best interests in mind throughout the process. Beyond being a great agent, Ryan is just a genuinely good guy, which goes a long way these days. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We worked with Ryan Nicholas at the Damon Sells Homes Team for the purchase of our home in Alexandria, VA recently. This process took almost a year from our first meeting with Ryan until we finally had an offer accepted. Ryan was always very patient with us and made time any time we wanted to meet or have a call. He is an expert on Northern Virginia neighborhoods and also very savvy when it comes to the bidding/negotiating process. Our purchase was tricky because we also had to sell a house at the same time, and Ryan navigated all the complexities like a pro. In the end we were able to get our dream home in the perfect area for us, and without Ryan I'm sure that wouldn't have happened. I'd recommend Ryan and his team to anyone!
