A major thanks to Haley McBryan, Steve Fred and Damon Nicholas of DamonSellsHomes team. I primarily worked with Haley, who was one of the best realtors I've ever worked with, and I've worked with quite a few in the past 20 years, as a real estate investor. She is very responsive, knowledgeable, honest and straight forward, and clearly enjoys what she does. Would highly recommend her.

Ryan Nicholas and the Damon Sells Homes Team are top notch realtors in Northern VA. My wife and I used Ryan and in just about a month, we moved from our little apartment to an affordable townhome in a beautiful neighborhood with the biggest backyard townhomes ever see. He walked us through the entire process with clarity and confidence. He never showed us a property we couldn't afford, never pushed us to increase our range. He respected our finances, our goals, and worked with us to find the best solution that didn't involve us moving an hour away (in fact we moved 10 minutes away). He goes above and beyond for his clients. Ryan Nicholas is a shining example to other real estate professionals in the region, state, and country. I am so grateful I got to work with Josie Barondess. When I was ready to sell my house, I asked my friend for the name of a realtor. She gave me Josie’s name and said she had known her for many years. My husband and I were the original owners of our house and lived there for almost 40 years, so this was a very emotional decision. Josie understood how conflicted I was about leaving and made the process easier for me. She worked with me for almost a year to get the house ready to sell. She was incredibly supportive and patient, provided contractor referrals, made suggestions for updating my house, and took beautiful pictures when it was ready to be listed. In the end, I got a great price and amazing support from her. After the closing, Josie even took the time to drive to my new home in Richmond to gift me a watercolor rendering of my old house. Josie is supportive, knowledgeable and a true pro. Can't recommend her highly enough!

We had a phenomenal experience with Ryan Nicholas and definitely could not have succeeded in this market without his expertise, innovative approach and customer-focused guidance. This review is long overdue because I had the pleasure of working with Ryan in 2019 to buy a first home and he helped us secure an amazing home on the first try in a competitive situation with multiple offers. Fast forward several years to 2023 and the market has gotten even crazier - all the houses now had double digit offers. Ryan is the only reason we were able to secure an amazing house in such a tough market using creative and innovative strategies.
