Jake is an outstanding realtor and made the process go smoothly and effectively!! I live in California and he sold my home in Virginia in such a short period! He also has a good team working with him. He was in conact with me daily and gave me all the updates and fixed all the problems associated with a home sale. He is also an excellent and firm negotiator like if he was selling his own home!! I can't say anything negative about Jake and am truly glad I found him!! He is definitely my "to go" guy when it comes to realty in Virginia Beach!! He is very easy to talk to and is 100% honest and lets you know what's up!!! Definitely would recommend him to anyone!!

Sally Payne did a phenomenal job helping me find a home. I had a very specific situation that involved a time crunch, and she went above and beyond walking me through the process, explaining things to me, showing me houses promptly, and all the while focused on meeting my timeline as well. Sally remained professional but also extremely considerate of my needs throughout the entire process. She is genuine and down to earth, which made me feel comfortable confiding my specific needs in a home to her. I only have wonderful things to say about Sally, and I personally highly recommend her.
