There are no words to describe how amazing Lisa Smith is and how great she is at what she does. I will be forever grateful for the hard work she put in to get my home ready to sell. If you want someone who knows the market, does her homework, is with you every step of the way, and literally champions for you, she is who you need on your team through the difficult process of selling or even buying your home. She makes it look and feel easy. She went above and beyond to get my home ready for sale. I don't know how I would have managed without her. Lisa Smith did an OUTSTANDING job with the sale of our house in Lenah Run, Aldie VA!!! From the moment we met her, we had no doubts that she was perfect fit for us. Lisa was attentive, kind, professional, empathetic and overall exceptional! Lisa staged our home and it was beautiful, elegant, and sophisticated. Throughout the process, she visited our home numerous times for staging, to provide us guidance, feedback and oftentimes, simply to check in. She knows the market so well, yet she took the time to hand write very detailed comparisons of similar homes in the neighborhood, ensuring that we were all in agreement with the sale price. She was also honest enough to talk through best and worst case scenarios. Lisa was involved in all aspects of the sale, until the closing date. Lisa does it all!! I’ve used Lisa to both buy and sell homes and she makes the process a breeze. She worked with me to find a home that was within my budget AND checked all of my boxes. Lisa did an outstanding job from the first time we met until the closing was completed. Her knowledge of the local market was past outstanding. She was prompt with everything that she provided me. We had an issue with our first potential buyer and she had a second buyer lined up within a day. Highly highly recommend. I’d give Lisa 10 stars if that was an option!
