Laxmi handled the sale of my grandmother’s house in San Bruno this past year. I also met Laxmi at an open house, and she impressed me immediately with her explanations of the process (this was my first time selling a property), and genuine caring attitude. Preparing to sell had its challenges, as the house was in a complex Trust, and Laxmi was extremely helpful in providing needed information even prior to officially representing us.
