Helped me sell a house in Federal Way in the spring of 2021. I could tell when I interviewed Kris that he had the energy, expertise, and marketing team to get the job done well and he kept an optimistic outlook regarding pricing in the seller's market at that time. We got several early offers and he coached me through the process. I have no regrets and would recommend his services to anyone.

We dealt with Marqui Makupson as our realtor. Kris Shook also worked with us in choosing which offer we should accept. They did an excellent job of coaching us on how to prepare our home for showing. We had and accepted an offer within 5 days of putting the house on the market. We got more than we expected. These guys did a terrific job. I highly recommend them.
