Buying a house is the biggest thing I have ever done. 3 years ago I started seriously working on building my credit and setting myself up for the future. Enter Margo Greenman who encouraged me to meet with her lender and get pre-approved just to start a conversation. The next couple of months were an exciting whirlwind and in 2019 I bought my first house. Something I never thought I would be saying. Margo is a ray of sunshine. I get a little perplexed with the fine print and numbers, and being single and not having a partner in this process really stretched me. But Margo and her team were there every step of the way. Helped me understand everything I was signing and why. And honestly, Margo would just check in on me out of the blue and see how I was feeling. Her and her husband had to go through all of this the hard way so she’s been where I was and felt the way I was feeling. There are a lot of firm dates and deadlines when you buy a house, but the week or two between things is when you can feel depleted or overwhelmed. It was nice to be able to grab coffee or just chit chat on the phone. In the end, Margo and her team at Cox-Gibson fought for me. They had a great home inspector who really spent time on my house. We were able to push back against the seller and ultimately I got a brand new roof put on, closing costs waived and money knocked off of the asking price. Obviously the market swings back and forth, but Margo fought for me and I couldn’t be happier in my home. Lastly, the process of exploring houses with a realtor is fun and Margo and I had a lot of laughs and “what the heck is this?!” moments. We looked at a total of 3 or 4 houses and I finally settled on the one that was haunting my dreams. Let my friend Margo Greenman help you buy your house! <3 B

Working with Margo was great, I couldn't be happier with the decision to choose her to be our realtor. The home buying process is long, complicated, and sometimes frustrating, but Margo made the whole experience informative and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood all the stages of the process and were comfortable at each step. At one point we were under contract on a house and it became clear the seller was less than honest with disclosures and repairs done. There were so many issues, we decided the best path forward was to exit the contract. Margo handled everything wonderfully, and we did eventually end up purchasing a home we're very happy with. I highly recommend contacting Margo if you're looking for a realtor! 5 stars

Margo was phenomenal! Helpful, patient, thoughtful, and had great ideas for creative ways to design the houses my partner and I looked at. With her, the buying process was a breeze. We both highly recommend her and the Cox Gibson team!

As first time homebuyers, there is a lot to learn and we were very fortunate to have Margo (who also happens to be my sister!!) and her team working for us throughout the process. Margo did an amazing job helping us find a home and negotiating the offer and inspection response. Highly recommend her for anyone buying a home in the Tacoma area

Juli Anne and Bill Cox were outstanding and I highly recommend using them. We were given excellent advice on staging our home from Juli Anne. We were always kept up to date throughout the entire process. They are professional and knowledgeable, and certainly are experts in generating interest from prospective buyers. There was huge response to the open house - over 90 people and several offers came from that immediately. I would use them again without reservation.
