My wife and I met Jacqueline after a rough patch with another realtor. My wife and I were in the market for a long time as we searched for what we really wanted. Jacqueline was more than patient, more than knowledgeable, and one of the greatest realtors we worked with. She responds quickly with all the information and more. She helped me through the entire process, even questions I would ask that weren’t necessarily her responsibility. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better!

I sent Rachel a crazy laundry list of homes and condos around 2pm on a Monday. Within an hour she had tours scheduled to see every single one of them the same night. She’s timely, she cares, and she gets to know your personal home needs. She remembered my name, little details about me, and even the names of some of my family members. During the purchase of my very first home, she was my advocate and made sure my home was what I needed. She assisted me in doing extra walks before closing and provided open communication with the seller for various questions. I love my new home and will definitely call Rachel if I ever want to move. She is incredibly thoughtful and never made me wait for a response, even for little stuff. Her uplifting attitude and encouraging demeanor made it all even better. Thank you, Rachel!

I have bought and sold houses many times over, yet I have NEVER encountered a more polished, optimistic, proactive, and competent agent like Julia Kim-Cutts. We used her to sell a home, and in a tough market, we got asking price in less than a week. Thanks to her social media posts, our home was viewed and toured dozens of times! The thing that really stays with me though is Julia’s relentless positivity. Her energy is infectious. Never once did we feel overwhelmed or nervous. She never overwhelmed us with a laundry list of expensive items to do, she paid for the the staging, and she had contractors at the ready who did excellent work and got paid once we sold—not before. Incredible business model and incredible agent! Highly, highly recommend!!

SandraJean was amazing! She stepped in when our prior realtor hadn't been responsive to us or other agents, and she got our house sold. She understood our position and situation and worked with us to make our transaction smooth and as stress-free as possible. After 7 years in our first house and with a baby on the way, it was time to upgrade to something bigger. I met with Angela and she set everything in motion. We spent the spring, summer, and fall looking for the right fit for us as the market and prices were changing, and eventually found just the right house for us. I can't recommend Angela at Ever Door enough, she was instrumental in finding the house and putting together the right offer (and even negotiating some savings for us!). We were able to sell our old house quickly and for slightly over asking. I can't imagine doing any of that without Angela's help, she is the best!
