John is an amazing realtor! He went above and beyond to make sure we secured the home we fell in love with when we first saw it. Purchasing a home can be a very stressful and grueling process, but John made it very smooth and gave us the confidence we needed to succeed. John comes with a very friendly attitude and personality which will make you feel comfortable and not pressured to make any decisions you may be unsure about. He will treat you as if you’re family, and the end of the day he has your best interest in mind and will work with you to reach the finish line. We cannot thank him enough!!

Crystal was an amazing person to work with. I wanted to sell my condo and move across state pretty quickly, and Crystal came over to take a look at the place and suggest maintenance to help sell. In the end the place was only on the market for a week! I highly recommend her.

Monika was amazing. She helped me not only rent my unit, but helped with the sale as well. She really did everything for me while I was out of state. When renting out the unit, she handled every obstacle that came up such as freak power outages, wind storms, and when there was a leak in the unit, she handled it asap. She went above and beyond for me while renting my unit. When I decided to sell, she also tremendously helped with that as well. I wanted to sell my Redmond home, and she handled it flawless. She event got more than market value for it. When we cleaned and staged the unti, I really felt like I wanted to move back into my unit because it looked so nice. Her negotiating skills are top notch and at no point did I ever feel she wasn't looking out 100% for my best interests. I have other properties out of state, and I wish she could handle them all as well as she did my Redmond home. Highly recommend for all her services as she never disappointed not once.

Sami was absolutely amazing! I lucked into getting Sami as our very first agent when we started looking into buying a home. I went into the process with very little knowledge on anything that went along with buying a home and Sami took the time to explain things and point out helpful tips all along the way. She would answer my nervous messages late at night, she met with me at potential homes time after time with the most patience (sometimes going back to see the same house multiple times in a week). She always responded quickly and answered questions fully. She was my bulldog in the home buying process, she advocated for us and fought for us the whole way and got us everything we wanted. She connected with my two children and even left them surprises in their rooms when we closed on the house. Not only is she an awesome agent, she’s a great person. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. I’m so grateful ??
