Jaime was truly a pleasure to work with! As first-time home buyers, we relied on her knowledge and expertise to navigate the market, evaluate homes and devise strategies for submitting offers. Jaime was quick to respond to questions and clear with how she communicated with us from our first interaction all the way to close and beyond. She and the team she works also with did a great job coordinating with our lenders. Beyond all that, we appreciated Jaime's positivity and attitude! It felt like she really understood what we were looking for (even when we didn't quite know ourselves) and was committed to helping us find the right home. Jaime was never pushy in any way. We were comfortable sharing our honest thoughts and concerns with her and it felt like she in turn operated with a transparency and honesty that helped make the home buying journey less stressful.

Grace is the absolute best! I have been on the house hunt since 2020 Trying to buy during Covid was horrid. We must have looked at 15+ houses and made offers on several of them and Grace did her best to negotiate for me. I took a break for a couple years and came back strong as ever determined to find a house. This time was much easier over the years Grace has got the opportunity to get to know me and what I like The house that I just purchased Grace knew I’d like! At first I was like no but she said this is one of those ones you gotta just look at. Instantly fell in love with it and she got me the deal I wanted. Mind you she even worked while on vacation out the country during the purchase process. Thank you Grace!! If you want someone that is going to put you first she is your lady!

Kimo was an amazing agent. He was helpful and personable. We toured probably over 30 homes with him and his patience was outstanding. He helped us find our first home and get in the week of Christmas.

Grace was absolutely phenomenal. Zillow “randomly” selected a realtor for us and she was perfect. Down to earth, easy to talk to, and she immediately understood our wants, likes and needs. I would highly recommend Grace to be anyone and everyone’s realtor. 10/10
