Carrie and the Maxey team were wonderful to work with. Carrie helped us with buying a new construction home and is the listing agent for our current specialty home. As with new construction, there were plenty of delays and set backs. Carrie kept us up to date every step of the way and was pro-active in rectifying any issues that came up with the builder. Even after our home closed, Carrie continued to follow up with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Her quick response time and availability to answer all of our questions were assets in what could be a stressful process. Our current home that is listed is a specialty property and has it’s own challenges in an uncertain housing market. Carrie continued to keep us up to date and screened all potential buyers so we wouldn’t have to waste our time staging a home for buyers that were not serious. Despite her long commute to our home, she showed up each step of the way in the listing and showing process to make sure everything went smoothly. Carrie’s dedication to her clients and her strong work ethic have been a valuable asset to have on our side during the home buying/selling process. We whole-heartedly recommend Carrie and the entire Maxey Team!

Sean is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He found my husband and I the perfect house the fit all our needs and desires. Because he is so well connected we were able to offer the sellers a quick closing which made our offer solid and got us an affordable price with no heartaches. The whole process was so smooth all the way up to the day we moved in and Sean made himself available for any need or concern and we would recommend his services to all of our friends and family. Alissa is not only a true professional, with industry knowledge and a passion for the work, she also made us always feel we were important to her, as real people making a huge life change. We had a tough road trying to sell our home in the recent national atmosphere, so we had to make contingent offers to try to buy our new home. Alissa didn't just stick with us, she became our advocate over and over, never losing her energy, her positivity, and it boosted us to keep faith that things would happen when it was right, and it did! Carrie was an absolute pleasure to work with when it came to selling our home! Very responsive with questions as one may have selling your home for the first time such as myself. We got frequent updates which is much appreciated! We had some speed bumps which she addressed with quickness and urgency. I couldn’t recommend her enough! A true asset!
