Carrie Johnson is amazing! We interviewed other realtors, Carrie is the only realtor that wasn't pressuring us do do things her way or spend extra money to make unnecessary improvements. Carrie was also very honest with us, she educated us, explained options and was a tremendous support. I will refer anyone looking to buy or sell to Carrie Johnson!

It’s hard to put in words how efficient Tara is her reviews are consistently 5 star ratings and well deserved. My friend recommended me Tara and this is a recommendation that did not disappoint. From start to finish Tara continuously worked hard to ensure I got the house I wanted. She has that type of grit a realtor should have and knowledge to guide you to make your decision that will not disappoint you. This is a competitive market and house buying can be daunting or discouraging and she made the process as smooth as she could. Not only that, she didn’t complain once during the process and she was willing to break things down to a level of understanding without insulting your intelligence. I have already recommended her to my coworkers who are also being stationed in Washington.

Carrie did a fantastic job with my home buying process. She has the knowledge of the current market situations and understands what it takes to write a winning offer. She was very responsive in showing the houses. It was essential for us to get appointments to see the house in this hot real estate market to make sure offers are sent on time. Carrie responded with bookings in matter of mins for us. She also was not deterred to check on with sellers whose houses were sitting on the markets for long time to see if they were willing to negotiate. The best trait about her was she always communicated well with sellers agents. During the buying process, she continuously communicated with the sellers agent to gauge the interest in the house and determine what a winning offer would look like. She was clear on what the sellers wants in the offer and what it would take to win the house. Carrie has broad understanding of the clauses in contracts and the lending process. She worked with my mortgage lender closely to simplify and streamline the process. Overall, I highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

Tara is a rockstar! It was my first time selling a house, and my brain was all over the place. Anxious to say the least, but Tara was so cool and very much the professional through the entire process! I only wish there were more agents like her where I live now. It's rare to find people that you can trust to have your best interest at heart, but Tara is that person. It would be mistake in not trusting her to help you sell or buy your next home. Thanks again for everything Tara!
