Jason was a pleasure to work with. He kept our interests and needs at the top of his list and never dropped the ball on anything. Jason went above and beyond even after closing to be sure that we were always taken care of. He fought hard for us when needed and we couldn't be more appreciative! His communication was awesome! Jason was the listing agent on a home we fell in love with and agreed to work with us. At no time did we feel that he took our relationship any less seriously than that of the seller who had initially contracted with him. I would recomment Jason and Dyan to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home!

Dyan exceeded expectations. She not only found our desired one floor villa, in the one neighborhood we wanted it to be in, but she was able to find a villa that was very special because it had a rare pool in this neighborhood and it was within our budget. Beyond that, we were able to get a great price and we sold our home and a tight timeframe contingent on a private sale in the very desirable West Park Village of Westchase. Deana and her staff were always professional, always available, and beyond the role by providing outstanding references for all the renovations that we wanted to do. My husband and I highly recommend Dyan for any real estate transactions that you need.

Jason pithers is a phenomenal agent! His dedication to finding us our home was more than we ever expected. He was so patient with us as we toured homes and he was able to look at questionable issues in some of the homes we toured and provide completely honest feedback. His judgment was priceless, as we were unfamiliar with the many aspects and decisions involved in buying a home in Tampa. Jason’s was always available for phone calls, texts, and emails. There was never any waiting around for him to respond that was a very valuable thing to have in an agent. Overall, jason is exceptionally knowledgeable, extremely patient, and very dedicated to his clients. We completely and fully endorse his services, and would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
