We have had the pleasure of working with the Pithers, specifically Dyan, in both buying and selling our house in Hillsborough County, Florida. Dyan was the most professional realtor in every way. She was punctual, knowledgeable in every aspect of home buying and selling, always engaging, and always reachable. In buying our house, she was aggressive but also realistic, always letting us know her opinion and keeping our best interest in mind. Before selling the house, we were hit with Hurricane Milton, which flooded the house and required a full renovation, and a limb falling on our roof. Our very first calls were to Dyan for her recommendations for contractors and inspectors. When it came time to sell the house, we had already moved away from the state when the house went on the market and Dyan and her team handled everything from overseeing the staging, navigating a newly discovered leak in the pool—including weekly leak detections, bucket tests, and ultimate resolution—and managing everything related to the house while we were out of the state. We truly believe Dyan’s tireless work and attention to detail is what got us a great deal on the sale of the house and an on-time closing. We couldn’t recommend Dyan and her team enough.

We love Westchase, and have lived as tenants here a few years. But when we went looking to buy a house, one of our biggest concerns was around the total cost of ownership. We were worried not only about affording the home, but getting in over our heads with taxes, fees, and hidden costs. Jason Pithers was the advocate we needed. From day one, Jason and his group closely with us to map out the entire financial picture. Jason is a local who's intimate knowledge of the neighborhood was key for us. You could likely give him an address and he could draw the floor plan from memory! He understood what we were looking for and why we wanted to live here. He was available for viewings at almost any time of day. His team negotiated aggressively on our behalf regarding repairs and costs. Even after the sale was finalized, he remained a resource, providing a list of trustworthy local businesses we could use - and have been using , to help with our ongoing home ownership needs. We are settled in our dream home - one that was affordable to us, in the neighborhood we wanted, without worry. It could not have gone better!

I had the pleasure of working with Dyan Pithers on four real estate transactions this year. She is the ultimate real estate professional. Dyan is an experience real estate agent with a wealth of knowledge of the market. She has a team of vendors to help assist with any aspect of the home buying/selling process may it be maintenance, painting, staging, inspections, legal advice, etc. Her and her team's follow-through is exceptional. Thanks to Dyan's expertise, all transition were smooth and stress free. I highly recommend Dyan if you are looking for an agent to get the job done!

This is our "2nd" real estate transaction with Dyan. She and her team are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They look out and handle the negotiations/transactions for your best interest. They ensure your are educated and comfortable. She also has great partners for Home and HVAC inspections as well as a General Contractor. They are a one stop shop. We absolutely love working with Dyan & Jason and their team Kalie & Janelys. We consider the Pithers Group to be our family realtor. I can’t recommend Jason Pithers enough! From start to finish, his communication was outstanding — he kept me informed every step of the way and was always quick to respond to my questions. SUPER PROFESSIONAL! What really stood out was how he guided the sale through a challenging lender situation. He stayed on top of every detail, coordinated with all parties involved, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks.
