Hands down, one of the most competent people I’ve ever met. I’ve hesitated writing this review for embarrassingly long now, but only because I wanted it to be good enough. And perhaps it is just simple: Dyan is one of the most competent people I’ve ever met. I am so thankful to have had Dyan handle multiple real-estate transactions for me on both the buying and selling side. She knows her market. She implements solutions to every question or (inevitable) setback along the way. She is a (retired) lawyer, a project manager, professional, efficient, has cultivated a huge network that she is ready to mobilize for you, and is *on your side*. She removed the complexities of buying and selling multiple houses, still keeping me informed enough to make the decisions I wanted, while she took care of all the ones I didn’t want to deal with. And on top of all that, she and Jason are kind, funny, and a real pleasure to have in your life. Thank you both.

Dyan and her team are wonderful! We were out of state movers coming into Florida with no previous knowledge of the area which made finding a home a pretty daunting task. On top of this, we were also on a time crunch to find a place. Dyan helped us curate homes across the St. Pete and Tampa area until we found our rental home. Her team accompanied us for touring multiple listings until found a community that best fit our needs. We were able to find a great rental in the Waterchase community that was both friendly and safe. Our hope was always to get a feel of the areas in order to figure out where might be the best place to settle longer term (buy as opposed to rent). Six months into our rental process, Dyan reached out to offer her services in helping us find a permanent home. Even with very particular preferences for the home we were looking for, Dyan and her team were focused on finding us the best fit. Over the course of three months, we worked together with her team to curate listings and visited many potential new homes. We’re very excited to say that we just closed on our new house and will be moving in soon! My family and I felt very confident with Dyan representing us as buyers in the purchase of the home and she was great at explaining the process every step of the way. Beyond just the documentation, Dyan helped us navigate the home inspections, provided references for house work and vendor services, and ultimately helped us to secure a great price for our family’s future home. She was both incredibly knowledgeable and personable. We would definitely recommend Dyan and her team if you’re in the market for a new place; we were in great hands and couldn’t be more excited about our new home.
