We were moving from Ohio to North Carolina and had absolutely no clue how to handle an out-of-state move or how to even begin locating our new home. We reached out to the eXp Realty team and were connected with Daniel—and we are so glad we did! Before we even moved, Daniel took the time to have several phone calls with us to really get to know who we were, what we liked, and what we were looking for. He sent us multiple home listings and helped guide us every step of the way. By the time we arrived in North Carolina, Daniel already had several showings lined up, which allowed us to knock them all out in one day. Thankfully (and luckily!), we found our home! We made an official offer on a Friday, and despite tight time constraints and a few weather-related hiccups, Daniel and the team absolutely busted their butts to get everything wrapped up. We closed exactly three weeks after making the offer, which still blows our minds. We are incredibly thankful for Daniel, with an assist to Marvin as well! Daniel was always available when we had questions, made us feel at ease during what could have been a very stressful process, and was truly great to work with—personable, knowledgeable, and with a fantastic personality. We love our new home and cannot recommend Daniel and eXp Realty enough. If you’re relocating or buying a home, especially from out of state, this is the team you want on your side!

As a first time home buyer and someone who was also moving from out-of-state, Kaila and her team were a God-send. Everyone we encountered from Kaila's team was helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and super responsive! Going into this process, I was worried about finding a realtor that we felt we could trust. Kaila and her team were open and honest and were able to squash those fears pretty much immediately. Kaila was a rockstar with communicating with us, working through negotiations, and just helping guide us through this process! Amy, who walked us through countless houses, gave us her honest observations and was incredibly flexible -- whether that meant sending us videos with amazingly detailed narratives while she checked out houses for us, or accommodating us on-the-fly when we came into town. She was fantastic!

Kaila and her team were a wealth of information and insight. We are new to the Charlotte area, and her videos really helped us get our bearings. She referred us to a fantastic mortgage broker, was a keen negotiator during the purchase process, and helped us through the closing. Many thanks Kaila!

My wife and I had such a great experience working with Kaila. We were moving across the country and she helped us find the perfect neighborhood and house for our family. This was a long process as we bought a new construction home, about 18 months total and she kept in contact and helped us the entire time. If you are considering a real estate agent in the greater Charlotte area, Kaila is the best!

We moved to Charlotte from overseas and Kaila and her team helped us buy a house and made the transition so much easier. We didn't see the house in person before closing, but Kaila gave us helpful videos and information to help us understand the house and the neighbourhood. Kaila was excellent with her communication, her insights have been really helpful and she helped the whole process run smoothly, even when lots of unexpected bumps appeared along the road. We would recommend Kaila to anyone!
