We moved to Charlotte from overseas and Kaila and her team helped us buy a house and made the transition so much easier. We didn't see the house in person before closing, but Kaila gave us helpful videos and information to help us understand the house and the neighbourhood. Kaila was excellent with her communication, her insights have been really helpful and she helped the whole process run smoothly, even when lots of unexpected bumps appeared along the road. We would recommend Kaila to anyone!

We were extremely fortunate to have worked with Kaila through our relocation from MA to N.C.! She was informative and unbelievably knowledgeable of the areas. We found the perfect home for our family. She was supportive and responsive even as this all transpired during hurricane Helene! She and Marvin worked wonders for us! Can’t recommend them enough!!!

My husband and I were first time homebuyers and working with Kaila was truly a godsend. Buying your first home is incredibly daunting but Kaila was thorough and patient and made sure we were supported every step of the way. She was VERY responsive anytime we had a question come up. She is incredibly familiar with the Charlotte area and will find the perfect location for your family. We couldn’t recommend her enough!!!
