Justin is the best! Been working together over 10 years now. From speedy response time to professional strategy, Justin is always on it. I'd never hesitate to trust him with my deal. He cares for me and my future as much as his own. He organizes, advises, coordinates, follows up, invites, and negotiates so so well. And he basically knows everyone who's anyone in town. His social events are super cool and considerate with a family centered vibe. And his character worthy of the best company. I'd highly recommend Justin, from many many experiences working with him, as well as spending time with him bonding on the golf course a few times. He's got a mean driver swing and a wonderful charity that he supports annually with his tournament. All in all a super star of a human. Would be glad to do anything with him any time, any where. Really. Grateful for his help as our agent! Oh-- and he's patient! Goodness gracious, we must have looked at 1000 properties together by now... for that I'll be forever grateful. Justin as a great asset to the community. We recently helped a person get her home ready to sell, but since it was the home she gre up in, she was very difficult to deal with. Justin was patient with her changing her mind all the time and getting mad at everyone, but everything finally worked out. He was even able to get her into a new place when it was time for her to leave. With Justin and his financial assistant working with her, everything worked out smoothly.

Justin has now helped me with 2 properties. He has done a great job, very accessible, and pro active. He also made a nice donation to a non profit I support! I would not hesitate to use him a third time!

Justin was helpful, responsive, realistic, and encouraging even when a potential deal fell thru because of unforeseen events or circumstances beyond anyone's control. That happens sometimes. But Justin knew what I wanted and what did not interest me. With that knowledge and information, he created a custom profile that would automatically send me e-mails of new listings as they came to market, potentially fulfilling aspects of my search. This was such a great tool for me to be able to review what was currently available and especially to see the prices so I could compare prices against features. Ultimately this is what led to the purchase of my home that contained all that I wanted (and more!) for a price that reflected the value of my purchase. However, Justin's care and attention did not end there. As a first time home buyer, I needed a certain amount of hand-holding and he was patient, knowledgeable, and honest which was quintessential. When I became exhausted by all the paperwork (hah!), Justin was patient and professional, courteous, calming, and helpful. When we ran into a little snag near the end, he handled the matter for me which was so appreciated, to help me get the most from my expectations. I felt relieved that he cared and I am happy with the results we have achieved together. This has been a very fine experience having Justin in my corner and without any doubt, should I ever want to sell or up-grade to a new home, he'll be getting that call from me.
