Summer did an excellent job representing us in purchasing a home in Santa Barbara. Through her skill, vast experience, perseverance, amiable personality and constant professionalism, she truly helped us fulfill our long-standing dream of returning to the area. We've bought and sold a number of houses in the past with other realtors, and can whole-heartedly say that Summer is top notch!

Summer got us in to see our now house before the open house which really helped us have time to decide if we were putting in an offer. Was an excellent negotiator for our final purchase, gave us tips about our plants when we fumigated. Most impactful for me was how patient she was for months with all four of our family members who were very involved in shopping for our house.

Summer and her team were fantastic to work with. She was professional, communicative, and even negotiable on her fees, which included staging that made our home look great. Although the sale took a little longer than we expected, Summer stayed proactive and supportive throughout, and we still achieved a great result. Highly recommend her and her team!

Summer did an outstanding job for the third time having her assist us. We have sold two homes and purchased one with Summer. She is efficient, very thorough in her preparation of market conditions and knows the Mountain View area of Santa Barbara like the back of her hand, having lived and worked in this area for many, many years. She is also extremely versed in the entire Santa Barbara, Montecito, and Goleta communities. Summer’s negotiating counsel was on point every time, presenting us with options on different scenarios that might occur. Then supporting our decision on final direction on price, terms, etc. for each transaction. During our last sale with Summer she helped us know what preparations and inspections of the home were needed, while not over doing since she felt we needed to get on the market in a very short time frame to be at the height of activity. She was right we received multiple offers over asking price and when the first accepted offer fell out of escrow she had secured a back up offer just in case and we sold the home on our original timeline. What could have been a major hiccup went forward without any issues. We are thankful we have known Summer for many years. She is honest, straightforward, kind, and all business when it comes to getting your home bought or sold! Bottom line she goes above and beyond every time. We highly recommend Summer for your real estate needs!
