Julia did an amazing job helping me find my new home. I was new to the area and she helped me navigate the challenge of which areas best met my needs. I wasn't on any time constraint so she encouraged me not to settle for less than I wanted or needed and I ended up with the perfect home. She's knowledgeable, responsive, flexible and it was a pleasure working with her. I definitely recommend her and would use her services again.

She fought hard for credits, walked me through every step, and truly did everything she could to make buying my home as affordable and realistic as possible. As a 27-year-old single woman, I honestly never thought homeownership would be possible for me—and it absolutely would not have happened without Julia. She was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about my outcome, not just closing a deal. Julia made what felt overwhelming feel achievable, and she empowered me every step of the way. Julia did a terrific job supporting us with our first home purchase. She actively listened to our criteria and found the perfect match for us. She asked good questions during every home walkthrough to help us weigh pros and cons. During the closing process, she was extremely knowledgeable and well-connected. She negotiated the best credits and price possible, and did a fantastic job coordinating all inspections and contractors. She was easy to communicate with and very responsive.
