Julia did at wonderful job as our agent finding a new home in Roseville. She made the process easy by optimizing the scheduling of the home tours when we had little time since we lived out of the area. She also helped resolve a problem with closing the escrow of our home which would have been a big headache without her involvement. Julia has extensive knowledge of real estate and makes the whole process easy. I highly recommend her.

We came into the process with open minds and she gently challenged us to consider areas and neighborhoods we hadn’t considered in our initial research, ultimately leading us to our dream home that met all our needs in a great location within our budget.
