We are so thankful to have worked with Julia and her team when we were ready to sell our home! Since this was our first time selling a home AND we moved overseas, she was able to help us understand the process and make the decisions that were best for our situation, even with us being thousands of miles away. When it was discovered our home needed repairs, she was able to coordinate those fixes with a team of repair people who were reliable and did a great job in a timely manner. From someone who had never gone through the home buying process or even thought I could buy a home, Julia was there with an answer or explanation to every single question I had. She is so personable and incredibly kind. This woman does not stop working, if me or my fiancee had a question she was there with an answer. While she was assisting us with buying a house she was right there selling my fiancée’s first home, which she sold him! She helped us figure out how to make it more marketable and we had an offer in the first 30 days. Thank you Julia for helping my dream of buying a home become a reality and helping my fiancee Juan sell his home! We know who to call when we’re ready to upgrade to our next home.

Julia did at wonderful job as our agent finding a new home in Roseville. She made the process easy by optimizing the scheduling of the home tours when we had little time since we lived out of the area. She also helped resolve a problem with closing the escrow of our home which would have been a big headache without her involvement. Julia has extensive knowledge of real estate and makes the whole process easy. I highly recommend her.

Julia made buying a home easy and fun. We came into the process with open minds and she gently challenged us to consider areas and neighborhoods we hadn’t considered in our initial research, ultimately leading us to our dream home that met all our needs in a great location within our budget. She was always available to answer any questions or talk through concerns. She knows the local real estate market and helped us negotiate a great price and terms. She is a real pro!
