Justin helped me navigate my first home-buying experience. He was very patient and accommodating. He was willing to show me multiple properties and explained the pros and cons of each. During my experience in working with him, he demonstrated excellent negotiation skills. He truly represented my best interest every step of the way.

As interest rates plummeted, I wanted to take advantage by selling my home and upgrading to a bigger home. I quickly realized this would be a process and something I couldn’t navigate through alone. I searched Yelp for real estate agents in my area and met with a few. For some reason, I wasn’t having much luck. Things changed once I met Anthony. He was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of my goals. We developed a strategy of how to sell my home and quickly made plans to secure a new home in a new development. To my surprise, the housing market for sellers dramatically changed month by month. Anthony is a “numbers guy” so I received charts and graphs on the inventory levels in my area. When the time came to list, I was a nervous wreck. But Anthony was calm, cool and collected. Within six hours of listing we received an offer that was over the asking price. Anthony took time to explain the offer to me and answered all of my questions. The process was smooth and I moved into my new home on December 14, 2020. I’m very thankful to have met Anthony and highly recommend him to all my family and friends.

I couldn't have asked for a better home buying/selling experience! Justin was very quick to respond to us and was very flexible with our busy schedules. He was always available to help us with questions and is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the process.
