Jay Friedman is the real deal as a realtor. He is a true gentleman! He is kind, very knowledgeable, helpful, funny and professional. I am so glad to have met him and to have had him represent us. The sales process was smooth and easier because of Jay. His contacts helped immensely and saved me running around trying to find repair people. I would use him again and again without a doubt, no hesitation. He is a really nice guy too. What he said to us initially on day one, proved to be true through the whole process. His words matter and he speaks truth having assisted many others in buy/selling homes. After a failed run with another realtor, he is so much more professional, knowledgeable. He came over the first day we met him and detailed how he could sell our house. He made me a believer. I asked him at the end of our initial meeting, “can you sell this house?” With a kind smile, he said absolutely and he did! I don’t trust many people because of my career, Jay is truthful and the real deal!! Thank you so very much Jay Friedman!

Amazing, professional, dynamic, “On It” immediately and maintains timely communication start to finish. The home I found while with Brandon fits my needs perfectly. I fell in love with it immediately! He walked me through every step, coordinating with my Banking Institution, the homeowner to negotiate options, Escrow, referrals as requested and genuine support throughout the process While I plan to live there for life, I highly recommend Brandon for your real estate needs. In this tough real estate market, we found ourselves with more houses than we need, so we decided to sell our property in Lincoln, California. Buying and selling a home can be a huge undertaking with more questions than answers. Especially for us because we relocated from out of the area. Like most people, we went to lots of open houses and were always interviewing the Realtors while we were there. Many talk the talk but it was obvious when they sent us on wild goose chases or sent us listings that didn’t meet half of our must-haves, they didn’t walk the walk too. When we met Brandon at an open house we knew immediately he wasn’t your average Realtor. He listened to us, answered all our questions, and even offered some scenarios we hadn't considered. After working with Brandon for several weeks we finally found a house. Unfortunately, the seller's Realtor was not as competent as Brandon. You’ll understand when you work with a Realtor who isn’t very good how important it is to have someone like Brandon who can move mountains. We honestly think he earned all the commission because he went above and beyond to help close the deal. Brandon's expertise didn’t stop there. The house we bought needed a lot of TLC and thankfully Brandon has an extensive Rolodex of tradespeople to turn this house into a home. The future's so bright we gotta wear shades. Extremely grateful for all your help Brandon!

I recently purchased my first home and was having a hard time until I met Jay and his team! They are absolutely AMAZING! Was 100% transparent about the process of home buying and setting expectations. Jay took myself, my boyfriend and my mom to multiple homes and neighborhoods and was honest about everything. Good vs bad areas, work that would need to be done, ect. I feel so lucky to have had him, Sierra, Haley and Nicole by our sides with this. We have found our home and can't wait to start this next journey! Thank you sooo much!!!
