I had the pleasure of working with Jay Friedman during my home selling AND buying process, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience! Since we are now retired and all of our children and grandchildren live in the Placer County area, we decided to sell our house in the Bay Area and move closer to them. That meant finding a real estate agent to help us find the right house. After a good deal of online research, we decided to go with Jay Friedman. It is very obvious to us why Jay is a top agent with so many fantastic reviews. He is very attuned to finding exactly what his clients want. He quickly zeroed in on what we considered to be top priorities. The houses he showed us fit the bill perfectly. He was able to point out things in the houses that were of concern or that needed attention, so that there would be no surprises. He stayed in contact with us, was very responsive, answered questions quickly and was able to give us recommendations on qualified vendors in the area. Once we found the house that we wanted to be our “forever home” we gave him the green light. His deep knowledge and many years of experience made this new home purchase super easy for us. We highly recommend Jay for anyone seeking to purchase a home in Placer or Sacramento counties. You can’t go wrong with Jay. That’s for sure.

Jay did an outstanding job helping me with selling my house. He advised me on needed upgrades and repairs, scheduled inspections, and assigned his team with follow up items. Jay always responds in a timely manner. His expertise enabled me to sell my house quickly and at a great price. I highly recommend him.

My husband and I had an excellent experience in working with Brandon. He was professional, knowledgeable, understood the market, the area, and was an incredible negotiator.
