We immediately where impressed by his understanding of the market and how that understanding would be put to use to achieve our goal. He has a wide knowledge of industry colleagues to assist with upgrades and he and his team of professionals facilitated the sale of the home flawlessly. Jay is clearly a high integrity individual, possess an understanding of the marketplace and is an excellent communicator We feel as though we now have a "guy" in the business who will be our guy going forward!

Jay Friedman is the real deal as a realtor. He is a true gentleman! He is kind, very knowledgeable, helpful, funny and professional. I am so glad to have met him and to have had him represent us. The sales process was smooth and easier because of Jay. His contacts helped immensely and saved me running around trying to find repair people. I would use him again and again without a doubt, no hesitation. He is a really nice guy too. What he said to us initially on day one, proved to be true through the whole process. His words matter and he speaks truth having assisted many others in buy/selling homes. After a failed run with another realtor, he is so much more professional, knowledgeable. He came over the first day we met him and detailed how he could sell our house. He made me a believer. I asked him at the end of our initial meeting, “can you sell this house?” With a kind smile, he said absolutely and he did!
