Jay is wonderful. He helped us sell our house in Roseville. My family were moving to the East Coast and found our dream house in South Carolina. Our Roseville house needed some work before it would hit the market: paint, carpet, yard cleanup, some repairs. Jay coordinated all this work allowing us to make our move to SC early. Jay visited the house, almost daily, and gave us updates on the work, including pictures. Our house had a pond with fish and he fed them each day as well. The amount of work that Jay did to get our house ready for the market cannot be overstated, and all while our family was busy settling into our new home across the country. When we finally hit the market, we had alot of interest, but no serious offers came in right away. This is partially due to the weather (alot of rain) and the economy. Jay and his associates continued to do open house events each and every weekend, rain or shine. Jay would follow up with people who came to the open houses and negotiated with realtors and buyers who sent us offers. Jay and I had a status phone call almost every Monday so that I could be kept updated on what was going on. During these calls, we often spoke about many topics, such as family, exercise, vacations, etc. It was always good chatting with Jay as his positivity is infectious. When the house sold, Jay handled everything. I kept thinking "There must be something else I should be doing" but Jay had it all handled. Jay made this a wonderful experience and I will definitely be recommending Jay to anyone I know looking for help with real estate.

I had the pleasure of working with Jay Friedman during my home selling AND buying process, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience! Since we are now retired and all of our children and grandchildren live in the Placer County area, we decided to sell our house in the Bay Area and move closer to them. That meant finding a real estate agent to help us find the right house. After a good deal of online research, we decided to go with Jay Friedman. It is very obvious to us why Jay is a top agent with so many fantastic reviews. He is very attuned to finding exactly what his clients want. He quickly zeroed in on what we considered to be top priorities. The houses he showed us fit the bill perfectly. He was able to point out things in the houses that were of concern or that needed attention, so that there would be no surprises. He stayed in contact with us, was very responsive, answered questions quickly and was able to give us recommendations on qualified vendors in the area. Once we found the house that we wanted to be our “forever home” we gave him the green light. His deep knowledge and many years of experience made this new home purchase super easy for us. Jay did an outstanding job helping me with selling my house. He advised me on needed upgrades and repairs, scheduled inspections, and assigned his team with follow up items. Jay always responds in a timely manner. His expertise enabled me to sell my house quickly and at a great price. I highly recommend him.

My husband and I had an excellent experience in working with Brandon. He was professional, knowledgeable, understood the market, the area, and was an incredible negotiator. He was also an absolute joy to work with! I recommend him to friends every chance I get. When the time comes to buy or sell again, I will absolutely be calling Brandon!
