I've now worked with Jordan Bennett and Leland Pfannenstiel on three separate buy/sell a home here in CA. Even though I bought modest homes, they treated me as if I was buying a multi-million dollar home. I felt they cared about my personal situation and aspirations in the process and they supported me every step of the way. I can't recommend this team enough to anyone in Orange County!

I chose Leland to sell my home, and I am so grateful I did. Leland is extremely knowledgeable about the Orange County housing market and worked very hard to sell my home. He patiently walked me through the process of what it would take to get the best offer. His interior designer quickly came in and beautifully staged the home, and his team who took pictures and a video showed the property in its best light. Leland was right by my side throughout the whole process, was always quickly responsive to my many questions and needs, and truly had my best interest at heart. Leland was extremely helpful and professional. He answered any and all questions we had from start to finish with buying our first home. He has so much knowledge and great recommendations and connections for home inspection services, plumbing, HVAC companies, etc. He was always honest and forthcoming and really helped us feel comfortable with the entire process of buying a home. Any time we had an interest in touring a new place, he would book us a time the same day or within days. It truly showed he cared and valued our timeline. We are so grateful for him.
