Right from the start, Michael was on top of all important matters regarding the sale of our home. Starting with a thorough walkthrough and then a detailed sales strategy that we all agreed on as a team. He was quick to reply with any questions, gave solid feel back and his efforts were seen daily. His staging of the property was excellent and his resources to solve any issues are abundant. We plan to use his services again and will refer him to anyone needing a top notch real estate agent.

Michael was amazing helping us buy a home in this crazy market! It's hard enough to buy a home in a market with limited inventory, multiple offers, and some unrealistic asking prices. To make it even more challenging, we were out of state so we had to lean on Michael a lot! He was super responsive to our needs and extremely knowledgeable about the market. Michael did a ton of hand-holding and cleared his entire weekend schedule for us twice so he could help us when we flew into town. Michael is very direct, honest and on top of his game. He even saved us an additional $1100 seller that we forgot about right at closing. Michael has a lending partner who was able to get our complicated loan done very smoothly. He's also provided us with many referrals for tradesmen we need for projects around the home. We highly reommend Michael to anyone thinking about buying a home. We could not have done this without him!

Our tenants were leaving after 7 years with us. It has a been a long time since we had to search for a new tenant and this was like a new experience for us and we did not know where to begin. I searched online for an agent with high reviews and that’s when we found Mike. Mike was very knowledgeable about our area and was very patient with us, as we had a lot of questions. He helped us by showing what needed to be repaired/updated in our condo to appeal to potential tenants. And in a matter for days, he found us 5 potential tenants to choose from. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to help us. We highly recommend him if you need any help with rentals.
