Not happy with local knowledge, service, and communication. Incompetence. Incorrectly advertised the wrong information and did not help me sell. I was not educated during the process and rushed into a decision. Definitely do not recommend Fio or Fred Sed Group.

Fio was extremely thorough and responsive to all our needs as first time home buyers from start to finish. When we found our dream starter home, she took the time to help us evaluate whether or not it would fit our budget and lifestyle and worked fast to ensure our offer was strong and would be accepted quickly. Throughout the escrow and closing process, she was communicative at all hours of the day and made sure we and other parties involved in the transaction had all details needed to meet our quick close deadlines.
