Working with Jennifer was an excellent experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, specially about MetroWest and Westborough Market, and hands-on throughout the entire selling process, offering expert advice on renovations and final details that helped present the house at its best. She was always responsive, patient with questions, and clearly very dedicated to her clients. First time home buyer. Jennifer helped me separate my wants and needs so I could better look. She also showed me a property that she though I would not like as much, but was within my original requirements; this was a fantastic idea as it helped me figure out what I don't want and helped me focus in even more. She helped me get a fair price on something that fits me just right, and while the process took longer than I would have liked, through no fault of Jennifer's. She made sure that I kept up to date throughout the whole process, telling me my options and giving her expert opinion on each. Jennifer also connected me with a real estate attorney, and a loan officer. They were able to get me a decent rate for what rates are, and answer all questions on the loan process as well as any legal concerns I had.
