We recently had Paul representing us for the sale and purchase of homes in Hopkinton. Both were complicated for a variety of reasons. Paul was an excellent representative who helped navigate these complexities with grace, professionalism, expertise, kindness, and a great attitude which made it fun to work with him. The sale of our house was of particular merit to him and his team. He was a great steward of our property (he created great marketing material) and knew its worth and stuck to it through a couple of failed buyer experiences. Our purchase was plagued by legal challenges by neighbors over property disputes that he helped us to process and learn how to approach intelligently. Overall, he is an outstanding realtor who I will definitely be referring friends and colleagues to in the future. He is an asset to our community.

Paul was truly the best realtor we could have asked for as first-time home buyers. From start to finish, he was patient, knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain every step of the process so we felt confident and informed. He was incredibly responsive, honest, and genuinely had our best interests at heart—not just focused on closing a deal. Paul really went above and beyond to help us buy our new home and then list and sell our old home. He was an expert at staging, working through the selling and buying process, and linking us up with all of the resources we needed. We really ended up with the best possible home and felt so supported. Paul became a true asset to us throughout this process and I cannot thank him enough. I would trust him again in a heartbeat. Buying a home is one of the most stressful times in a person's life, and Paul made it so much better. He was honest when working with us, understood the Hopkinton market, and was there for us when we needed him. Worked in our best interest, but we never felt him to be pushy. Paul is just an upstanding guy.
