Missy, Jason, and the entire Improta team (special shout out to Dana and Ross) made a house sale in a particularly challenging market in Calabasas as simple and straightforward as possible. The Improta's invaluable input on pricing strategy, house staging, areas of investment, marketing, and so much more, added so much value - by the end of the sale the entire team felt like members of the family (and probably spent more time at our house with showings and regular check-ins than some of our children). Despite a significant "buyer's market" we were able to secure several offers, and due to the Improta's aggressive marketing of the property had more viewings that any other property in the city. Great communication. Great advice. Great service. Highly recommended! A+++
