I was very very impressed working with every team members from Taylor Team DFW, especially, Lance, Tiffani, Linda, Cynthia, and Taylor. They were amazing to work with. The team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast especially. I definitely recommend this team. I would love to work with them again for the future cases. You will never regret.

We had a fantastic experience working with Jackelyn and the Taylor Team. At the time of our house purchase, we were living out of state which brought some additional challenges. Luckily the team was flexible and made our experience smooth with tele visits and lots of clear communication via email. They walked properties for us and made the process seamless.

Their team was wonderful. The whole team with Tiffany, Christi, Maria, Alexis, and Mike made the entire process smooth! Thank you guys! Previously, I used Keller Williams team led by Jon Hoffmeister in Minnesota. He referred me to their Dallas team. I trusted this broker's team will do well and it proved to be true. They assigned Mike Mitchell to work with us. Mike was always flexible with our schedule. We couldn't visit the state. He connected us with all the parties involved with remote visitation, closing. He showed us somewhere around 6+ properties. During the visit to each property, he was super prompt, diligent. He's a happy-go-luck person and his talent in this business always came out. He helped us compare data with CMA analysis. When it came to negotiating round, he used creativity to make our offer stand strong by trying various strategies. Highly Recommend. This was my first time selling a home. Mike Mitchell and Tiffany Cole are experts in this field - they are informed, educated, and stay on top of the process from start to finish. Cynthia and her team are truly top notch. We began this process with Cynthia over 2 years ago. When we were finally ready to buy, the market had turned into the fireball it is now. Cynthia never gave us false hope and only presented realistic options. We were never lead astray and only received honesty and professionalism. She encouraged us to think outside the box and expand our area to help us find what we wanted. We ended up going with a new build she found for us and we simply just love the home.
