Charlie is absolutely AMAZING! He was highly recommended by neighbors who had recently sold their home with Charlie’s help. Charlie is Extremely knowledgeable, responsive, honest, trustworthy, personable, and kind. He goes the extra mile for his clients - and repeatedly went over and above for us (hosting many open houses, events and actively marketing our property). We wholeheartedly recommend him!

Unique Top-Notch Real Estate Agent! We have bought and sold numerous properties during the past 30 years and Geoffrey Cook was the best agent we’ve worked with. Geoffrey and Meaghan were amazing to work with and so very patient with us both before the sale, during and after. They both understood that this was a big move for us and went the extra mile to reduce our stress level. They were able to handle any problems that came up easily and always took it upon themselves to correct the problem instead of making us come up with a solution. They were both there for us immediately if we had a question or concern, they always took the time to explain everything in terms we understood and they were always gracious and kind.
