Gary was very pro-active listing our condo and keeping us up to date on other competing listings in our complex. An HOA vs. builder lawsuit made buyer financing difficult and Gary researched willing lenders to suggest to potential buyers. He did a great job for us.

Gary was amazing to work with. From the first time we discussed the sale I felt confident in my choice of realtor. I had received many mailings over the years to sell my condo but I saved a postcard from Gary and he was the only agent I contacted to do this sale. Gary listened to what I wanted to do but I always asked for his advice because I trusted his years of experience. He was also the top seller at Maui Kamaole.
