We were thoroughly pleased with Gaetano from the time we made contact with him to when we signed our contract closing our sale. He answered any messages that I had to leave, if he wasn't available, which was not very often. We felt like we were his only clients. Would highly recommend him to others seeking help in listing their home.

Gaetano was very knowledgeable and listened to our house needs and preferences. He walked us through the process to make sure we understood what was expected every step of the way. Gaetano showed us multiple houses and set up private tours at houses that did not have an open house. Gaetano knew what our budget was and showed us houses that were appropriate with what we are willing to spend and what we could achieve with that price range. This was the first house that we had purchased and Gaetano helped the process be very smooth the entire way. I would recommend Gaetano to any person looking to buy a house.

Gaetano Belmonte is by far the best listing agent that I have worked with, and I have sold 4 homes over the years. I experienced him to be skilled, diplomatic and honest in his interactions with myself, as the seller. He returned my calls promptly and was skilled in getting to the specifics that needed addressing. I believe that this deal would not have happened without his being involved. His style of honest communication and ability to explain what was happening in the housing market was key for me to get through a difficult time in my life and a complicated house sale. I actually had better communication with Gaetano than I had with my own attorney's office. He got the job done even though there were delays and inconveniences that were not of his making. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a seller's agent without reservation.
