We contacted Evelyn several months before listing our home for advice on necessary improvements to make for a quick sale once on the market. She displayed a great combination of experience and common sense with what we needed to do, or not do, making an otherwise overwhelming experience focused for us. Months later, with improvements in place, our home sold in less than a week for over asking price. Evelyn is a professional, knowledgeable and warm person. She answered all of our questions and explained the process ahead clearly. As importantly, she was very prompt in responding to emails, texts, etc. We were extremely pleased with Evelyn’s service and have already recommended her to friends.

She takes the time to look into a house in greater detail as if it was for her self. She works day and night to help me and my fiancé find the house we’ve always wanted. She was able to explain things it a great way. It allowed us to understand everything and made the first time home buying experience the best. Next house we look for we will definitely have her as our realtor again.
