Bill was the bomb! Seriously. I cannot say enough about his interpersonal skills for one. He communicated with us in a professional yet easy going manner. He wanted to know what we wanted, wasn’t pushy, and, in this current volatile housing market, he focused on our family’s needs and continually instilled hope in us. He was motivated to go out and look at houses. He would say you like it, let’s go see it today! It was obvious that Bill has made countless connections in this industry based on his easy communication with other agents. We told him our budget and he worked with it! He was kind and easy going which was a great match for us. Bill was instrumental in the negotiation process which allowed us to stay on track with the home and move forward to closing. Bills experience and expertise was noticeable from the start. I would recommend him to anyone I know!

Bill is great to work with. I will definitely work with him again. As a newbie real estate investor on this deal, there were numerous details I needed guidance on -- negotiation, inspection/appraisal processes, lender connections, and more. Bill quickly became someone I trusted and relied on. But beyond his expertise, I was impressed by Bill's ability to navigate and manage the strong personalities involved in this deal. Without Bill, this deal would not have been possible. He's personable, professional, knowledgable, and a great guy. Highly recommend.

He is very experienced in all aspects of the business - brokerage, management, financing, legal and negotiations. Bill owns and manages real estate himself so he knows what an investor is looking for. Simply put - best in the business.

From day one Bill did an outstanding job marketing and ultimately finding a buyer for my property. Because it is an unusual mixed use building finding a buyer required creativity and perseverance which Bill has in abundance. His no quit attitude and his insistence on getting a fair price for me as the seller. Besides all of that, he's a really nice guy !!! Highly Recommended !!!

Excellent job. Always there when questions arise and responds immediately. Showed us house immediately because time was against us. Helped us understand some of the issues that the house had. Put in our offer on a timely basis. worked with us on coming up with a new offer when our offer was rejected. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Would definitely use again. Good person. Good work.
