Cheryl was definitely our angel realtor ! We had to sell my mothers house and she didn't have 1 seller but 4 to communicate with lots of emotion selling our family home. . From our first meeting I felt so confident that she was our person . Once the house went on the market we were under contract in less than 1 week with multiple offers . Cheryl communicated with all of my siblings which meant late calls and even on her vacation she was working behind the scenes. Cheryl also found a new home for my brother and found the perfect mortgage person for him . I would absolutely recommend Cheryl Jolly , she was always calm and confident in the process and she is so appreciated by myself and family. I am so glad the house is sold but I will miss our daily conversations ! Thank you Cheryl Jolly from the bottom of my heart .

Her knowledge of the market helped us buy our new home at a great price, and sell our home, as well as two investment properties for more than we ever dreamed of. We contacted Erica to purchase our house and immediately asked her to help us sell it 5 years later. She did a great job and got us the best possible price. She was an excellent communicator and really had to think outside the box with open houses and using resources in different states. She kept the listing fresh despite a tough market. I would recommend Erica 1000 X over.
