We contacted Erica to purchase our house and immediately asked her to help us sell it 5 years later. She did a great job and got us the best possible price. She was an excellent communicator and really had to think outside the box with open houses and using resources in different states. She kept the listing fresh despite a tough market. Cheryl did an excellent job helping us find our dream home. She stayed with us for over 4 years as we rented and figured out the area and where we wanted to purchase our new home. She is very knowledgeable about the whole process and very patient with her clients. When we did find our dream home is where I was very amazed at her ability to negotiate with the seller and their realtor. You definitely want her on your side!
