Joseph helped us turn our passive house search into a purchase and sale once we found the perfect home. Over the course of almost 9 months he was always responsive in setting up showings within 24 hours and he was honest in his assessments of how well (or poorly) the house would fit us. We finally found the perfect home and we beat out other offers and smoothly sold our home with Joseph's help.

Bottom line is he is the best realtor I’ve ever had. First time I spoke to him on the phone we talked for probably an hour... like we had been friends for years. We had actually supposed to have gone out that next weekend to look at properties but I couldn’t get ahold of him, which was completely out of character for him. I think it was about four days until I did. I didn’t get another realtor. Instead I was totally worried about this person whom I’d never met, but had a connection with. Ended up he was in hospital due to a bad allergic reaction and was in ICU. I was completely relieved when he got in touch with me. He jumped right back in and showed us every possible property out there. I am grateful that fate steered me to choosing him for my realtor. I have complete faith in his honesty, trustworthiness, and knowledge and will always recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

Joe represented us on a new purchase in the Ortega neighborhood of Jax. Joe was passionate about helping us find the best home for our family and went above and beyond to negotiate the best terms possible for us. He's consistently near the top of Jacksonville realtor lists for a reason. We also really enjoyed working with his assistant Lisa, who helped keep the ball rolling towards closing. Great people.
