Maria was great! My company had 2 properties to sell. I decided to do the smart thing and listen to her advice with what was needed to be done to ensure the properties had the best chance to sell. For both properties there were 4+ offers within one week of listing and we sold both at the listing price! I couldn't have had a more positive experience!

Aimee was recommended to us by a family friend and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Aimee went above and beyond any expectations we had for our first home buying experience. As first time homebuyers, purchasing a home from across the country, Aimee made the entire experience smooth, efficient, and comforting. Aimee has a professional and warm personality which helped settle my nerves many times. Fortunately, I was able to make a trip to FL to view homes in person one weekend. She coordinated a great list of homes that hit many or our wants and needs. We were lucky enough to find our home during this visit. The sellers were challenging, but Aimee worked hard to get us the house we wanted. Her recommendations for local inspectors/vendors has been solid, too. Aimee's wealth of knowledge, experience, and familiarity with the area made our entire experience and the closing on our first home the best we could have hoped for. Her attentiveness and communication skills were superb. We can't recommend Aimee enough and will definitely be working with her in the future.

Aimee and her team were wonderful to work with! I’ve used Aimee for both buying and selling and she has made the process as easy as possible for me. As a first time buyer, and being solo, I was overwhelmed at the idea and Aimee was great and supportive and helped with everything. I had a very complicated closing when I sold my place and Aimee and her closing agent, Sara, were absolute godsends! They worked with me through every bump in the road and made sure everything was taken care of. I would recommend Aimee and her team to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again if I end up back in Jacksonville!
