Mustafa Idris is an excellent realtor! He is patient through all the process, understanding with all the situations and answered all the questions that was needed. Mustafa is quick with answering the phone and messages if and when we needed him. If it wasn't for him being proactive in getting us quickly into the house we wanted and being available to write a late night offer and coordinating with the lender to get an updated pre-approval letter, it would've not been possible for us to close the house but luckily for us Mustafa made it happen and never gave up on us. Mustafa helped us purchase on our new home in North Chesterfield, Virginia and will be helping us sell our old house and had already started making recommendations and connecting us with different vendors to get the home ready for the market. I'm so grateful and glad to meet a passionate person that is dedicated to do the job right. Thank you Mustafa for helping us all the way through and will be forever grateful with everything you did for us! I’ll will definitely recommend everyone to you!!!

We feel Chris did an outstanding job of preparing to market our house. In our first meeting, Chris did a thorough job of describing to us the sales process, and was very patient in answering our questions. Once we signed with him, he offered us the services of a house stager - free of charge. She gave us a four page report filled with good ideas. As our listing day approached, Chris sent an excellent photographer to our house and his assistant launched an array of marketing tools to raise awareness of our home. The result was three days on the market resulting in 31 showings, 5 offers, and a winning offer greater than we thought was possible. Throughout this process Chris was always positive, always quickly responsive to our questions, and always able to offer us a talented team to market our house. For these reasons, along with the great results, we recommend him highly to anyone looking to sell their house.

Chris and his team (particularly Maddie his transaction coordinator) did an outstanding job helping us find the right home for our family; as well as quickly sell our previously owned property for over asking price! Chris and Maddie worked after hours to meet with us at our convenience, crunch numbers, answer questions, and more.
