I have known Corey for a number of years. He helped me find and buy my house. That also made him the right person to sell it. The process was effortless, even during COVID. Corey was always easy to reach throughout the selling process and provided thorough answers to my questions. I'd definitely use him again and I highly recommend him.

In my profession, I have had many moves throughout the country, and have therefore, worked with many different agents. That said, I have a strong and broad point of reference when reviewing an agent. I can tell you without hesitation, that Corey Rasmussen provides a five-star, top notch experience. He is the best Broker/Agent I have ever worked with. Corey truly goes above and beyond for his clients. Beyond his exceptional professionalism, his advice was always spot on, his marketing off the charts, and his organization and coordination with timelines and contractors, unmatched. My home sold in one day. As I was moving out of the area, Corey, with his vast network and knowledge of out of area agents, was able to refer me to another amazing agent in Texas. A few years ago, Corey showed me some homes in the Folsom area when I moved back to the Sacramento area. He was funny and super responsive! He knows Folsom and its surrounding areas like the back of his hand, and was able to answer all my questions easily. Once I move back to northern California I will definitely be in touch with Corey again!! Also -- his office is extremely clean and well-decorated. He is a true professional in his field of work!
