This is your realtor if you want to continuously be harassed with unwanted communications. Once you give them your information, you are connected for life! They WILL NOT RESPECT YOU when you repeated request-direct-demand that they remove you from mailing, et. even after you've purchased a house. You REALLY need to read the realtor agreement documentation they provide to you very carefully for hidden and/or unreasonable fees. Also, beware of their realtors touting their extensive real estate experience and knowledge but not protecting you during the purchase. Finally, you REALLY need to pay attention to the figures on the home purchase paperwork to see if they slide the fees you earlier rejected in some other subtle ways. If I could do it over again, I would avoid this specific realtor location like the pandemic!...

Corey Lancaster is the best. We found him to be knowledgeable with a great personality. In addition with his assistant Kinder Vaughn, we could not ask for a better person to lead us to the house we have now. Anyone considering bying a home should not hesitate to have him represent you and your family.

"I really don't know where to start from.I wish I can give her a 100 star rating she made made my purchase so easy and comfortable most of all fast I still can't believe that I own a house thanks to Chemine.Chemine if you can see this me and the kids are so happy and thankful for your service you provided and was always there to answer my calls due to my crazy work schedule.When I was on the verge of giving up because I was scared and nervous about the whole process you explained to me step by step if if I asked the same question 20 times you always gave me the same response no attitude at all.Chemine knew that I already spoken to a realtor and she was trying to throw me in any kind of house just to make her commission but with Ms.Coleman that was not the case.I told her what I wanted and within 12hrs she sent me 5 listing but the second one was it I didn't want to see anymore.Within 1 1/2mths I was in my home due to the fact I was still in disbelief that I was taking that big step and Ms.Coleman kept me calm..I can go on and on cause it made a year now and I'm still in shock.From beginning to end she was there.She still calls to check on me and my family.."

Chemine was very reliable and dedicated, She is very knowledgeable and made the process smooth and stress free. She stayed on top of the whole process, was always available to answer any questions I had no matter what time of the day. Even after closing on my house(weeks later) Chemine still checked in to make sure all was well. It was a pleasure having her as my agent .
