At the start of the process, both Bob and Tracy came to our home and described everything they would do to make our home sell for a price we were very happy with. They listened carefully with professionalism and care to what we wanted to accomplish. They tailored the entire sales experience to meet our needs. Bob & Tracy responded immediately whenever we had a question or concern. Everyone on their team that we interacted with during the process was courteous, professional, and responsive to our needs. They guided us through the staging process, took a gallery of photos and made sure appointments were on our timeline. Tracy rolled up her sleeves and worked right along with her staging crew to ensure that our house was ready for prospective buyers and that it was presented in a way to maximize the value of our home. Both Bob & Tracy have a very calm, reassuring, and relaxing professional personality and provided a personal touch to the entire process. As a buyer, I was impressed by her negotiating skills, knowledge about the current situation of the real estate market. We found a dream home in our preferred community, but it was listed above our budget. She negotiated with the seller agent with professionalism and tact, gave us confidence about the contingencies and was successful getting the house by $30K less than the listing price where most of houses are selling are above listing prices. On the selling side, Soma demonstrated an equally impressive performance. Jennie did an outstanding job assisting me with the sale of my townhouse in Baltimore. Her networking connections and expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive asking price even in a tough market. Furthermore, Jennie was very involved in all aspects of the closing. She promised to sell the house quickly with me making no repairs or improvements for a price that exceeded my expectations and she delievered. The house went under contract within four days of listing and closed within 2 weeks of listing. If you are planning to sell your house, at least give her a call before committing to any other agent. I am so glad I did!
