I was very impressed with Brian right from the time I interviewed him while I was looking for a realtor. He was extremely well organized and he covered a lot of detail which left little doubt about his market knowledge and the strategies he would employ. We signed with him and had an offer in a softening market in just a few short days. We ran into some issues with the buyer but Brian advised me the best course of action and he and his team negotiated to get us the best outcome! If you need to sell your house, I highly recommend Brian and his team - you cannot go wrong with him! I wish him and his team continued success!

Although our decision to entrust Brian with selling our house was kind of a no-brainer for me given his real estate Pedigree and the local market knowledge, I'd be lying here if I didn't say I wasn't sure. Looking back, I now know that was a great decision. Brain guided us through our out-of-state move with exceptional planning and support, looking out for our best interests. Brian was very easy to work with throughout the process .He is supported by a well qualified team , efficient , responsive and knowledgeable in their own areas .?I very much appreciated being listened to and having my opinions considered and incorporated where appropriate. I highly recommend Brian and his team for their knowledge of the market and overall professional bearing both pre and post sale . They helped me resolve an outstanding line of credit that I had long forgotten about with a prior bank,no balance but yet showed up as an outstanding mortgage. Additionally Brian and Kristan assisted me in resolving a prior issue with a mouse infestation thru obtaining a firm to quickly treat and resolve the issue before closing . I am also impressed by the post closing follow up by Brian to inquire as to my status in my new residence and the offer of assistance should I require any. A refreshing touch long after the sale and closing . Again I strongly recommend Brian for a quality experience .
