Drew Lowe from Long and Foster was my agent who showed me a house at 11pm on Monday per my request, and that house is mine now. The house came on market around 9pm and I wanted to be the first one to see and make an offer prior to the open house. After losing a handful bidding wars in Fairfax County, Drew and I believed this extreme measure was necessary to win. I appreciated Drew's follow ups with my questions, especially even when he didn't have the answer; he kept me informed of next steps and when we would get the answers. I worked with some agents in the past and hated when I have to follow up with the same questions. It's okay to not have the answers at the moment, but just let me know when and how we will get the answers. Drew is also a good with virtual tours with his cameras, which came in handy many times. He's a straight shooter and will not always tell you "yes that's a good idea". I recommend Drew.

Robert and the Scott Team were incredible from the beginning to the end. I am beyond grateful for the incredible service I received from Robert. Robert is the best agent I’ve ever dealt with. We picked the Scott Team because they had sold a number of homes in our development quickly and at a good price. After meeting Drew and Alicia at open houses, we were extremely impressed with them and chose them as the agents for selling our home. Alecia was knowledgeable, easy to deal with and on top of everything that needed to be done. She always responded to our questions quickly with good and accurate answers. Alecia has an exceptional knowledge of real estate in this area. Throughout the sales process, she always gave us good advice, made us feel that she enjoyed working with us, and that she appreciated our home and the work we had put into it. She is an extremely positive and professional agent. We feel very fortunate to have had Alecia and her Scott Team selling our house and would highly recommend them to anyone. We greatly appreciated the exceptional group of people on her team who helped prepare our house for sale. Through a lot of work on the part of her and her team, we got top dollar for our home and they made the whole process seem easy for us. We would most definitely use them again.

Olivia, Sara, and the rest of the Scott Team were incredible. We were selling a rental property remotely and they went above and beyond to coordinate repairs, cleanings, stagings, etc. We couldn’t have done it without them. They were always super responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. It really was a pleasure working with them. 10/10 - 0 complaints!

Thomas was a dream to work with! He was knowledgeable and his negotiation skills were top tier. He got us the best possible outcome for our contract and guided us through the process of buying our first home. His kindness and patience with our questions and concerns is unmatched.
