The Connie Colla Group is a fantastic real estate team with coach Connie Colla at the helm! She has mentored us through all facets of the buying and selling process three times now and exceeded our high expectations each and every time! Connie was referred to us by good friends. She is an extraordinary find and so is her talented real estate team of Jeff Hernandez, Esq., Yvette Bradshaw, and the behind the scenes team. Connie has put together a professional and knowledgeable staff who all operate at her exceptional level and we reap the benefits! We are also absolutely blown away by Connie's resource pool of professional vendors and their attention to detail and quick response. I was in the market to sell my house quickly. I sought several television-advertized realtors, but none had the personalized service and the price I had in mind. And, then, the Superstar appears. Connie Colla displayed assuredness, integrity, empathy, and compassion within a few seconds of airtime. Compelling. I was assigned Ms. Yvette Bradshaw, her colleague, to orchestrate my home-selling process. Ms. Bradshaw removed all trepidations I had regarding the home-selling experience, gently guiding me along the way. I felt a sense of calm because I had this conglomerate behind me, as though I were working with Fortune 500 real estate attorneys. Magnificent! My expectations were exponentially exceeded. Referrals will be forever forthcoming. A home-selling experience well-accomplished. Kudos!

Connie was outstanding when we were purchasing our condo in Scottsdale. A unit went on the market on a Thursday. We were familiar with the development having rented an identical unit the year prior. We were out of state at the time and unable to get to Scottsdale to see it. We arranged with our son, who lives in Scottsdale, and Connie to Skype with us as they walked through the property the next day. We liked what we saw and Connie even walked to the clubhouse to speak with some of the residents how they liked living in the community while still on Skype. She immediately contacted the seller’s agent and by that evening, we had an agreement. The unit was in very high demand and if she was not persistent , we would not have been able to purchase it. In fact, 35 people went through the condo the next day but Connie developed a rapport with the seller’s agent such that the agreement that was made held despite full price offers. She was thorough, professional, efficient and pleasant to work with through the entire process, including the inspection report. We would highly recommend Connie when you are looking to purchase or sell a property.

Connie was an awesome agent. She was a delight to work with. She is so knowledgeable of the area. She knows the planned community of Stonegate so well. Her knowledge certainly helped us sell our Stonegate home. Connie was great at keeping in touch with us. She quickly responded to our texts, phone calls and emails. We received immediate feedback after each showing. Connie held our hands and also cried with us during the the entire selling of our old home and the buying of our new home. She knew right away what we were looking for in our downsizing process. I highly recommend Connie.
