    Robyn came recommended by a family member, and they were absolutely right! While initiating our interstate move to the Phoenix area, Robyn was accessible and attentive. She took time to understand our family's needs and wants and created listing alerts to help us streamline our search. On trips to Phoenix for house-hunting, she showed us a variety of homes in different areas to give us a sense of the geography. By our second trip to Phoenix, Robyn had really distilled what we gravitated toward online and on previous home tours into a curated tour of winners. She also brought snacks and water :). Robyn's skill and experience really shone in the negotiation, helping to secure us our family's dream home. Everything up to and beyond closing felt manageable and we felt confident we were in the best of hands. If we ever need a realtor in Phoenix again, Robyn will be our first call.

    We first met Chris Usher in December 2024. Having lived in Scottsdale from 1994 to 2004, we planned to return in 2025. Chris explained the current market conditions and how they have changed over twenty years. She showed us a few homes to help us focus on neighborhoods that fit our needs. For the next five months Chris shared over 150 listings for properties within our parameters, and she advised us on how to adjust our parameters to maximize exposure to properties that fit our preferences. She and her assistant, Pam Portillo, conducted virtual tours of properties of interest. By May 2025 we were ready to get serious about finding a place in Scottsdale. When the right property came on the market, Chris was ready. She encouraged Barbara to make a day trip to Phoenix to see it. That day, she and Pam helped us construct an offer that was immediately accepted. Chris’s patience, persistence, and preparation were instrumental in our quickly finding and purchasing a Scottsdale home that checked our important boxes. Then her other skills and those of her assistant Pam came into play. Chris has built relationships with lenders, title companies, and service providers that facilitated the inspection and closing processes. Her trustworthy contacts were instrumental in helping us out-of-towners address inspection findings and adapt our new home to our lifestyle and preferences. Pam Portillo was a knowledgeable ally, always available to help us connect with these providers, work with the sellers’ agent, meet us at the airport, and orient us to life in Scottsdale today.     I am an experienced real estate purchaser and investor both residential and commercial. I worked with Noemi for both a purchase and sell transaction. For both transactions, she was really well prepared with comparative analyses, great responsiveness to questions. She was up to date on all stages during the contract process. She attended inspections and was helpful when I couldn't be present. I would highly recommend, without hesitation, to engage with her for real estate needs

    Relocating from the Midwest to Scottsdale, I reviewed and briefly interviewed several highly qualified real estate agents. Chris stood out among her peers. She is highly qualified, knowledgeable, experienced and easy to talk to. She helped me understand pros and cons of homes in the southwest. She listened carefully to the features I was most interested in and tailored our focus to homes that were better fits. She also helped me understand the most desirable features as well as drawbacks I might not have focused on. If she tells you she will be available 24/7 throughout the transaction, she is not exaggerating. And she is assisted by a team that reflects her professional work standards. She continued to provide guidance and answer questions even after the transaction closed. She also provided referrals to highly qualified trades people for work after the close, all of whom had great respect for the fact that I was referred by Chris. I made the right choice.

    Working with Brody was nothing but a heck of a nightmare of an experience with this listing agent and stuff stolen from our home and won’t return the key. He knows we’re dealing with an aortic aneurysm and he does not care how upset we get over this when we’re supposed to be cool calm and collective so it does not rupture. Please look up what it does online if it ruptures. He killed our plants and a $10,000 tree which you could see the tree in the photo for proof. He left the water off on the house for two months straight.He lost the key for four days. It was gone laying in the rocks somewhere. He ran up all the utility bills well over $2000 worth from what we always paid from him listing the home. His people showing the house never turned off the utilities when they left apparently. He also left over a $300 gas bill from them letting the furnace run of which we never use.He does what he wants to do with your home. not what you want to do with it. He signs papers himself with digit sign, which is against the law. He’s been reported to the Arizona State Board of realtors for everything he’s done on our property and our house, including Stealing the pool vacuum from the property, as soon as he did it, he closed the listing, and Buckeye police was notified with the report made against him. This house was listed with him from the end of September 2024 until just last week on May 28, 2025. The Arizona Board of realtors has been notified of his current actions. We still have not received the key back from him. He still has the key to our house. Updated information that’s current as of July 17. 2025, of which trying to sell my home for nine months. We found another realtor and was mad and we asked if he would mail the keys to her and instead he contacted her and told her a bunch of untrue information about my wife and I to where the realtor would not want to list our home and sell it. He’s going around telling everybody that my wife’s trying to sell the home out from underneath myself without me knowing and that we don’t even know if it’s their property when he’s had it listed for nine months with trying to sell it and he got mad because we had no other choice than to contact the Arizona state board of real estate because he was doing what he wanted to do as it was his house and we wanted him canceled out altogether since he created approximately $15,000 in damages with the landscaping, all dead and wrapped up all the utility bills and didn’t pay not one cent for them, leaving everything on Well nobody was even there when they were told to leave everything off. . It was so awful I had to contact Arizona State Board of realtors. and the attorney general’s office as well as many more plus every lawsuit he proposed and brought upon him. He takes things from your home and also refuses to return your key to you with giving you a fake tracking number. He contacted other realtors with making up untrue stories about the sellers just so another realtor would not list our home for sale there in Verrado which she ran her mouth to others and they made it a train. Young kid, as they say their brains are not fully developed until 25 years of age. He also signs digisign with forging your name on selling contracts. House was sold 9 times but the buyers did not follow through with the sale because of him and his actions and making up false allegations about whatever he was telling them about it as well as us and our life history to their realtor, which we do have the proof. We still have NO key back. Legal actions will be taking place soon. You seriously may want to find a different real estate agent that is much more mature and advanced that doesn’t play games with you as the seller nor talks stuff about you and your family to others that don’t even know you. Find somebody that’s more mature as your realtor that is not DRAMA.
