Kimberly is very patient, very professional. She sent us the market analysis, provided recommendations, and find the professional services for us ,at very competitive costs, whenever it is necessary for maintaining the house in the best condition. I would strongly recommend Kimberly as either your seller's agent or buyer's agent. Robyn came recommended by a family member, and they were absolutely right! While initiating our interstate move to the Phoenix area, Robyn was accessible and attentive. She took time to understand our family's needs and wants and created listing alerts to help us streamline our search. On trips to Phoenix for house-hunting, she showed us a variety of homes in different areas to give us a sense of the geography. We first met Chris Usher in December 2024. Having lived in Scottsdale from 1994 to 2004, we planned to return in 2025. Chris explained the current market conditions and how they have changed over twenty years. She showed us a few homes to help us focus on neighborhoods that fit our needs. For the next five months Chris shared over 150 listings for properties within our parameters, and she advised us on how to adjust our parameters to maximize exposure to properties that fit our preferences. Chris has built relationships with lenders, title companies, and service providers that facilitated the inspection and closing processes. Her trustworthy contacts were instrumental in helping us out-of-towners address inspection findings and adapt our new home to our lifestyle and preferences. Pam Portillo was a knowledgeable ally, always available to help us connect with these providers, work with the sellers’ agent, meet us at the airport, and orient us to life in Scottsdale today.
